I am rejecting this response because:I am in need of my money now! I have to pay rent and purchase gas, and food

This is the response of *** *** *** an individualThis complaint arises from a misunderstanding that because I represent clients in social security or disability hearings that I am a lawyerI am not a lawyer, do not render legal advice, and never rendered legal advice relative to this
complaintAll conversations in this matter took place in the Lau language, which might have contributed to any misunderstanding*** ***, who will be called “Customer”, contacted me because she wanted to file bankruptcy to discharge a credit card debtI informed her that I could not help her because I cannot appear in bankruptcy court for clientsI informed Customer that I knew of an expert in bankruptcy law, Attorney *** from SacramentoCustomer asked me to accompany her to the meetingI informed Customer that if she wanted hire me to accompany her to attorney meetings, wait for her and perhaps assist her assembling her documents, that I would charge her for the time it took away from my regular businessMy charge for assisting customers on matters other that social security and disability is a flat rate of $I drove Customer to meet Attorney ***Attorney *** gave Customer a list of documents required to file a bankruptcy and set another appointmentWhen I drove Customer to Sacramento to meet Attorney *** the second time, she paid me my fee of $650, and had $in cash to pay the lawyer Customer admits in the complaint that Attorney *** declined Customer’s case, but fails to mention that he returned the $that Customer paid Attorney *** as a retainerI was never involved in the financial dealings between Attorney *** and CustomerNone of my actions were legal servicesIt is true that because Customer did not have available cash, that I loaned her $6,000, and that she used part of that sum to pay Attorney ***, but the money was returned to herThis loan was not related to my business, but based upon our friendshipCustomer is incorrect that I requested her to withdraw money from her accountWhatever actions Customer took with her bank account was due to Customer’s understanding of what Attorney *** informed her were the requirements for filing bankruptcy, and not due to any advice from meThe $fee was a fair fee for the time and effort I expended in accompanying Customer to and from attorney meetings, and waiting during the meetings, other meeting with Customer, and not being able to pursue my own businessNothing in this complaint relates to my business activitiesAny financial transactions were the result of the Customer acting in pursuit of her desire to file bankruptcy to extinguish her personal credit card debts

I have now had an opportunity to speak with my client, Mr*** ***At this time, he is unable to make an offer to begin a repayment plan to Mrs***; however, he believes he may be able to begin repayments in approximately two months or sixty (60) days. Please advise if this is acceptable to Mrs***.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I am in need of my money now!  I have to pay rent and purchase gas, and food.

I am rejecting this response because: The response from Mr [redacted] is completely false. I have three canceled checks he wrote me, when I went to cash them there was no money in his account. On Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at approximately 1:30 pm Mr. [redacted] called me asking me to accept some of the money, telling me that if I didn't accept some of my money and drop the complaint with Revdex.com  I wouldn't receive anything. He also had a lady on the phone claiming she was his attorney. The lady would not give me her full name and told me that the Revdex.com is federal and I should accept some of the money because if I continue with Revdex.com I'm not going to get anything.  I told he and her not to call me anymore and go through the Revdex.com, and, I not trusting Mr. [redacted], and, I am not accepting any partial payment from him. The number on my caller I.D. was [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] is a con artist. He told me he was a para legal and did bankruptcy cases. I have proof of his canceled checks and the legal contract agreement with Attorney [redacted] [redacted] [redacted].  I paid Mr. [redacted] to represent me in Chapter 7 bankruptcy because he told me due due to me having paid Mr. [redacted],  there appearance of impropriety, and Mr [redacted] should return my money.
