The worst decision I made was calling Professional LocksmithThere is nothing professional about this companyI called to have a key replaced which, for a locksmith with " over ten years experience " I would assume would be a piece of cake right? Wrong! They broke the handle to my door then gave me a key that wasnt properly programmed to my carThe car would start but wouldnt drive Ive owned the car for three years and keep it maintained not so much as an oil leak and with one phone call my car is wrecked by a so called professionalI didnt realize the key wasnt properly programmed until on my to work when I called the company back they were " too busy" and wouldnt be able to get to me until later in the afternoonI assume since Ive already paid for services there is no rush getting to meI told them I planned on reporting them to Revdex.com and the response was "So what are they going to do?" Afternoon comes still and no answer from them They call me back in the evening just to tell me theyre going to refund me my money and as far as the handle the lock smith broke on my door, well thats just tough luck for meSo BUYER BEWARE if youre thinking of doing business with them think againSave yourself the headache and go with someone else
