I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It was never brought to my attention that there was aftermarket solution availableThe last I knew Chris was still working on finding a solution to the problemI had always shown a preference for a Jeep part due to having done extensive research and finding a part that would be compatibleI did bring this part to Chris's attention and it was brushed offI do have the conversations between Chris and myself including the last message from him that stated "Hey yes I actually sent back the blue tooth system I had ordered for you after I got notice of a Revdex.com complaint see I was helping you out because it's not covered under warranty out web page clearly states we are not responsible for any misprints so if you want to be like that why would I help you as I had told you I was looking for one the worked with your car but I guess you couldn't wait sorry"Even if they do not want to take responsibility for their web advertising they should take responsibility to ensure that when a customer verbally asks about a feature that it is in the carOn top of the whole situation I have proof that after my initial complaint was filed with Chris the night of November 5th he went onto the web page and altered the ad from stating that the Jeep had Bluetooth to Bluetooth ready

Mr*** did, in fact, come in to this dealership and commit to purchase a truck on August 31, He informed us that he wanted to have the title in his mothers name, and they would be transferring platesHe was asked if his mother would be ok being in title, and he was asked to call her
to confirm that she wasHe did so, and his mother agreedHe gave us a copy of her license, and necessary insurance information to make the transfer, and left to get his depositHe made an appointment later that afternoon to come back and pick up his vehicleAs with any purchase, this dealership tries to prepare the required paperwork in advance as not to keep our customers waiting any longer than necessary on deliveryCustomers appreciate being able to pick up their new vehicles as quickly as possible, and we try and make that process as smooth as we canWhen Mr *** decided not to take delivery, the information collected was immediately destroyed, and a letter was mailed to Mrs*** letting her know the samePioneer Trucks makes every attempt to make sure our customer information is always secure

*** *** came to me needing a larger vehicle to accommodate her new familyI was more than happy to help herShe traded in a Lexus and a Ford MustangThe Lexus was taken to State Line Auto auction, where it was rejected for frame damage, which was undisclosed by this customer
The Ford Mustang was dropped off at our lot after hours, and when I tried to move it the next morning, it would not startThe wiring harness needed to be repaired before the car would run, again, undisclosed by this customerHowever, *** wanted a Jeep Wrangler, so she drove the one she purchased and loved itThere was nothing wrong with the Jeep when she drove it home that dayWhen the incident occurred with the tie rod, Pioneer immediately took care of the repair, and did everything we could to make the inconvenience to *** as easy and smooth as possibleShe wasn't satisfied with the repair, and asked me to do everything I could to get her into the MalibuI tried to convince her that the Jeep was a better fit for her financially, but she had her mind made upShe was refunded in full for an extended warranty purchased with the jeep, and the exchange was madeShe did not pay taxes on the Malibu, because more was given to her for her trade than she was paying for the MalibuShe had been in our dealership several times through this process, and each time she was accompanied by her husband *** ***, who has since purchased a vehicle from usTo say that we took advantage of her because she was a female or pregnant or otherwise is a huge insult to not only me personally, but to the entire Pioneer staffWe go out of our way to make sure our customers are happy, and being in business for more than decades proves that

appointment, for June 17th with our service department, to take a look and diagnose the issue. There was also several times where you were verbally abrupt with our receptionist in a vulgar manner. We here at Pioneer Trucks are 100% committed to customer satisfaction, and have been in business since 1974. I spoke with our General Manager, Chris B[redacted], about this complaint. What was relayed to me was that while this vehicle did have a button for u-connect bluetooth capability, he was not aware that a seperate module needed to be installed for it to be bluetooth ready. He contacted a Jeep dealership to...

inquire about the module, and was told that, in fact, 2011 was the only year that needed the module. A module was ordered for this customer, but did not satisfy her, because it was an after market part and did not come directly from the factory. After numerous text messages and conversations with this customer, it was determined that she was not going to be satisfied, so the module was returned. Our webite clearly states:"While every effort was made to insure the accuracy of the information contained on this website, Pioneer Trucks and BOOMWare.com assume no responsibility for errors or omissions contained herein. (v007)"We feel as though we went above and beyond what was necessary to make this customer happy.
