I spoke with our General Manager, Chris B***, about this complaint. What was relayed to me was that while this vehicle did have a button for u-connect bluetooth capability, he was not aware that a seperate module needed to be installed for it to be bluetooth ready. He contacted a Jeep dealership to... inquire about the module, and was told that, in fact, 2011 was the only year that needed the module. A module was ordered for this customer, but did not satisfy her, because it was an after market part and did not come directly from the factory. After numerous text messages and conversations with this customer, it was determined that she was not going to be satisfied, so the module was returned. Our webite clearly states:"While every effort was made to insure the accuracy of the information contained on this website, Pioneer Trucks and BOOMWare.com assume no responsibility for errors or omissions contained herein. (v007)"We feel as though we went above and beyond what was necessary to make this customer happy.
