Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I paid $for a service I was promised a team of people that would communicate with me and set me up with like-minded and compatible singlesThis company referred a man to me that had none of the qualifications I had requested and misrepresented his status to me so I would agree to accept him as a match After my conversation on the phone with this gentleman, I called this company to complain, and could not get anyone to call me back for almost two weeks It wasn't until I started requesting my money back that someone finally started trying to communicate with me to rectify the situationI was told numerous times by different people at this company that they "dropped the ball" when it came to my situation, so they have not upheld their end of the contract, but still refuse to refund me my money At this point, their service and my relationship with them is tainted and they have a moral and legal obligation, since they did not fulfill their end of the contract, to refund me my moneyTheir claim that they have "decades of industry experience" is also a misleading claim They have decades of industry experience in other parts of the country, but are new to the San Diego area; and as such, are misleading clients because it takes time to build your data base with compatible individuals to match, which is why I suspect they had difficulty finding a quality individual to fulfill their end of the contract Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

My desired outcome is a termination of the contract with Professional Matchmakers for not providing service as promised as outlined in my complaintSecondly to alert others that this is a business that has very poor Customer Service and unethical business practices, advertising, and may have an office in San Diego but is run out of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma which may not be a real officeMore importantly there are no real matchmakers in Southern California, they have a Sacramento Phone Number where it appears that there is an anonymous database where people are matched too regardless of data collected in their San Diego Office The person that does the interviews in there SD Office claimed to be an Insurance Sales Women before she joined this company not a matchmaker

I received the response from Mr***. I have verified that his balance due was written off with our billing company as well as in our accounting system. Mr*** made one payment toward his account in February and has not made one since. Again, his account has been cancelled and written off

We are more than willing to work with Ms*** to find a way to improve her experienceIn the four weeks she has been enrolled into our service, she has received more than an average of calls per week, along with speaking to various levels of management in an effort to work with herWe have
pulled our call records and have found that every call Ms*** has made to our team has been returned in a timely manor. We would like to assure Ms*** that our company not only has decades of industry experience, we also invest many resources into qualifying single, relationship minded people for Ms*** to meet and dateAt this point, Ms***'s membership is not eligible for cancellation or refundWhile we can not force her to use the membership she payed for, we would like to encourage her to move forward with our service in the hopes that we can introduce her to quality, like-minded singles.
