To avoid any confusion in the sale process we do have a strict policty where we fax an Order Confirmation within an hour after an order was placedThis confirmation includes the customers shipping information, product
requested, quantity, price and total dollar amount of the orderWe wait hours to ship, unless otherwise requested, and at that time we fax an "Order Status Update", that indicates the order has been processed, showing the ship to address and total price of the order
In this case, we do not show any contact was made by the customer disputing the order, and according to policy, the product was shipped on 2/18/We made contact with the office on 4/3/as the invoice was still not paidThe receptionist requested that we fax the invoice to the office at the same fax number the Order Confirmation and Order Status Update was faxed toOn 4/16/we contacted the office again, and spoke with *** who said they have been short staffed and the office was swamped and to refax invoice againOn 4/21/we received payment in fullThat is the extent of any contact
The complaint was filed to the Revdex.com on 4/18/Per policy, if the customer had contacted us after receiving the Order Confirmation or Order Status Update and requested to cancel the order, we would have done soPer policy, if the customer would have called us upon receiving the product and said they did not want it, or the items received were incorrect, we would have provided prepaid pick up labels, picking up at our expense, and either exchanged the product or provided a full credit
We take complaints like this very seriously, and personally, given the precautions we put in place to insure there is no confusion in regards to any orderUnfortunately sometimes there is confusion when there is turnover in an organization and we will resolve to the best of our ability given the chance to do so
