Lack of communication; failure to provide service in a timely manner.This business was responsible for providing death certificates for my mother. They sent the information to the wrong place. Mistakes happen but they did not check on the certificates even though the Ohio funeral home called twice. Only when I called every day did they correct the error. It is common courtesy to send the certificates overnight, given the errors. I have contacted them through every email address on the internet and never received a reply. This is unsatisfactory customer service. Date of lack of service is 5/29/2014.Desired Settlement38.45 for payment to overnight death certificates which took 5 weeks to process.This business reached an agreement with me so I am asking that the Revdex.com report be changed to "solved."
