Tell us why here...Hello just wanted to clarify that we did move *** *** we did move him the next day due to him agreeing us to move him the next day we gave him the option to move them that evening but he denied to be moved that evening because it was too late and we also gave him a
discount on his hourly rate as we also gave him arrival time between and am as he agreed once again keep in mind all has been monitored and recorded he wanted to move the next day because for him it was too late we apologized many times things happen and one of our movers did get injuredDue to the manager being on site nothing was broken the movers that moved everything were experienced movers and moved everything we have a contract that was signed aswell that everything was left without any damages all of our calls are monitored and recorded and trucks do have cameras which have already been forwarded to us which will be forwarding to you as well as the calls that have been monitored and recorded we never once received a call from this gentleman stating that something was broken as all of the furniture was shrink-wrapped and padded as it has been viewed on the video cameraAnd nobody quit on the job as he explains once again the move was perfectly fine as we saw on the video and once again nothing was broken we will not be refunding anything *** due to the fact that the moving services were provided and they worked every single minute and we have that as well on the cameras once again we will be sending this to Revdex.com corporation and forwarding all calls that have been monitored and recorded thank you have a wonderful day

I am rejecting this response because: The information provided is falseThere was NO manger on site and I called them at 830pm and had to reschedule because they can only send ONE PERSONT to moveThe also are incorrect about someone quittingThe guy nearly passed out in my living roomAnother invalid statment was I did call them OVER a dozen times and left message to report my broken items

The mover on site was a manager and no mover passed out on site also want to clarify that we did not get many calls the next day we have now forwarded this to the correct department for slander and the other reviews online.

I am rejecting this response because: The information I am providing is ALL true. Their were 2movers which neither of them stated they were a manager. Also the mover with monitor on his ankle did quite onsite.. That is why on the invoice shows stop and start time and clearly shows charge for 1 person.  When the second guy came then it started again. If you did not know this then you should be more involved in your business..That is why I am complaining to the Revdex.com. I gave yall many chances to do right..but no call back no apology, I even left messages to call me back. I dont care for any discount or refund or reimbursement for the broken items. Even in your responses you are still not taking ANY ownership or apologizing for the poor service provided. I never complain but this was the worse experience in my life. I shared my experience to many and they suggested to reach out to the Revdex.com.I hope and pray that this wont happen to anyone else..
