Professional Negotiators, Inc. has been proudly serving the South Florida community for over twenty years We have prided ourselves on serving thousands of happy. Our hope is that we can continue to proudly serve our community for yet another twenty years. However, it is no secret that, no matter how hard a company works to provide sound services and create a positive reputation within the community, it is impossible to make everyone happy. And, while we acknowledge that the Revdex.com serves an important role, it is also important to remember that such complaints are placed with no accountability towards the individual making the complaint to provide evidence of such allegations. Mr. never complained to us about any services provided to him. However, on September 6, 2018 he contacted the Revdex.com. On September 7, 2018 he came into the office with the attached letter stating he was cancelling services. He stated in his letter that he appreciated all the work we did & had no ill will towards my company. He was given a refund which I also have attached. Our goal in writing this statement is equally important as any other review you may have read. We realize that many people's financial lives are at stake and we pride ourselves in being a company they can trust to help them through tough times. While there will always be those that are not happy with our services, we can only hope that those of you reading this statement will see past any un-filtered reviews by those that are regularly disgruntled, competitors, etc. We at Professional Negotiators, Inc. want nothing more than to help our community reach their financial goals and we look forward to serving you.
