We are not satisfied with PPOM response. They are liars when they say they had no idea we were on the Making Homes Affordable Program. This was told to them countless countless times over the phone. We request that...

they contact our mortgage co and tell them it was their fault (and not ours) they thrust our mortgage late TWICE within 3 months since we may refinance again and these late payments tarnish our perfect record. Secondly, PPOM never told us they worked out of a first come first serve basis. This is grounds for disaster when you're dealing with paying bills on time without getting late fees. Everything worked out great when I faxed bills on time ----but PPOM wanted the bills mailed directly to them instead -----which I now feel they did this so that they could use mail delivery as an excuse for them to be recklessly late with the bills and also for sending out checks on time. We want PPOM to reimburse us for all late fees we incurred at their careless hands. And finally ----we would like to know how many people are employed at PPOM per workload ratio. I don't think they are equipped properly to handle this kind of business. And for the record ----we have until the 18th of the month until our mortgage is considered late .
