Professional Payee Partners

I’m a landlord . Before they became a tenant of ours payee his rent was always on time this is 2nd month of them being his payee and still no rent. They now owe 2 months of his rent and want pay it and I have emails stating from charlotte that to make sure I take him to court to evict him. We own 20 houses and been doing this over 20 years I’m not stupid but she must be cause by law it’s consider misuse of funds if she doesn’t pay for his shelter and food out of his government check. Proper authorities are in the process of being notified . This is mental abuse on this poor gentleman and it’s just not right. Now I’m having to evict him for something that he can’t control . He didn’t pick them to be his payee his sister made him change to them which is a conflict of interest sense they all knew each other before they were his payee. If you want your bills paid and want to eat don’t choose them as your payee. Cause you will never see your money .
