After trying several different businesses for advertising my business that I own and getting burnt buy most of them in one fashion or another, I reluctantly did business with Professional Placemats Inc. The individual at this business that I spoke with was very helpful and convincing that it was worth my time and effort in giving it a try. Although I will not discuss how much I paid, I was offered an exceptional deal to try their service. Since that first try, which was in March of 2011 I have had all my advertising done with this company since that time. Although there were some hiccups along the way, minor ones that is, I ended up pleased and satisfied with the end result. If anyone reading this review is considering using this company for advertising I would say, do what I did and give it a try. I believe that you also will be pleased as I was.

I have used this company / business for my advertising and after 14 different times of dealing with them I can honestly say that they are one of the more professional businesses I have dealt with on a consistent basis. I have been using this business for my advertising needs for nearly 4 1/2 years. The employees that I have dealt with throughout the duration of my interactions with this establishment have all been positive oriented. Not only have I received everything that I had expected but I also received a copy of each of my ads on the placemats themselves as each of locations I advertise that I received the placemat with the date of delivery to each of the respective restaurants. If you're a business in the area with which this business covers I would feel very comfortable in recommending them for whatever advertising you may need.

Although I had a minor issue when dealing with professional placemats Inc., the professionalism and attention to my issue was immediate and resulted in making me happy with what I received. If it hadn't been for the issue I would have given five Stars. If you are a small business I would recommend this company for your advertising needs.

Professional placemats Inc in Erie Pennsylvania is an advertising agency who provides advertising for placemats in restaurants throughout multiple counties in Pennsylvania. I have used their services for a few years now and am very pleased with the service I was provided as well as the results of the advertising itself. They are very reasonably priced and do their best to accommodate the needs of their clients. I would definitely recommend you consider them for any and all of your advertising needs.

These people are crooks. I used them for advertising, they did not deliver in a timely manner, then weeks later they charged my credit card $750 "in error". I asked for my money back and four months later, after several phone calls I am still getting jerked around as to where my money is. Meanwhile the individual responsible for refunding me my money continues to attempt to sell me $750 worth of advertising as it is "a pain" to submit a refund for a customer!!!! Last time I called him, he texted me back within seconds telling me he would call me later...still waiting.

I purchased 5 corner ads for 2 businesses that I own for $295 each ($590) to restaurants that dont use paperplace mats. It took forever to get my proofs so I went to visit him at the address listed. 3306 State Street. To find out they are no longer there. After doing a little research I found them at 2418 Peach street. No signage on the building very shaddy operation. So when I questioned Cameron Adams the owner where my proofs were he said he sent them. Well the problem is anyone could make up an ad, its a matter of paying for a service that I didnt get. I asked for my money back he said he would send to me next week or I can go to my bank and file charges or go to the Magistrat. So while I was there I said lets call a couple of the places and ask them if they hired them for placemats and 3 for 3 NO placemats at their establishment. He then says well I guess I need to update my list... THATS FRAUD. I then find out through 2 local reputable businesses that they were scammed out of money for little league and a fallen soldier fund. CAMERON ADAMS is a crook. I am filing charges and then some. I m pissed and I wonder how many others have fallen victim and dont even know it... I am turning him into the attorney general for fraud as well as filing criminal charges. Hopefully this time he will go to jail longer. Review: On 2/28/2014 I had a salesman come to my office and offer to place my business ad with his company that would list my insurance business on placemats and distribute them to local pizza shops.I have called over a dozen times with questions why I never received a placemat and the vendor of the pizza shops had not heard about placing mats in his establishment.The last few times I have called my charge card company to have the 300.00 charge taken off my card they suggested to work it out with the vendor first. He continues to say the add is in the works and I was promised this would be created for the second week in March.I called again today with the same concern and was assured once again that they are close to placing the ad. I asked for a full refund to be sent out this week. I have never worked so hard to get a service before and this company has no work ethics what so ever.Anyone who is even thinking of using this company should beware of the poor follow ups and service.Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I have asked to have a 300.00 check mailed to me this week.
