Outstanding! My tenants left the carpet in terrible condition including oil spills and animal stains X-treme Carpet people did such an excellent job that I did not have to re-carpet the house

This company lost my orderWhen the order was resubmitted with a promised shipping date, the date was missedApologies seemed to be quite insincere and automatic, as if read from a prompt sheet during each communicationI was asked what they could do to make it up to me and my reply was that they could send me their lowest priced beef stick and cheese basket which was agreeable to themI ended up having to argue with the CSR more than once before I got a snotty reply that they were going to send the basket to me on a "ONE TIME BASIS ONLY" just to appease me and them deliberately sent the turkey sausage basket instead of the beef basket that we had previously discussedMy impression is that Hickory Farms does NOT appreciate my business and, it seems, their CSR intentionally tried to aggravate me owed to her poor demeanor and attitudeMaybe it is just a matter of them replacing CSR " [redacted] " with someone who is adept at customer serviceMy annual holiday gift baskets will come from their leading competitor next year

Have to call in to see when orders ship Website is not updated with timely information like most online stores Phone system is horrible Representative told me orders shipped - but I had to ask
for the tracking information to verify myself Too much of a hassle for future orders

Ordered via the website, paid immediately Order was suspended until I called to verify Rep was rude and unpleasant Verified order A week later, no product had shipped Called again and was told order had been canceled No communication from HF No refund issued

Very bad customer service, doesn't keep their shipping promises, and offers little to no recourse for order problems Our company purchased over $1,in goods to be delivered to clients near the holidays and even paid extra for 2-day shipping days after our initial order I called wanting to know where the items were The first CSR I spoke to made no less than excuses ranging from when I placed the order, saying it was 3:45pm (it was really before 3pm, which is the cut off, I have the confirmation email to prove that) to they had to hold the order to confirm the credit card (it was an AmEx and our company never received a confirmation call) After much discussion, I asked for more information on the status she said she'd put in a request and I should hear back via email within hours I asked to have a more immediate answer and was eventually given to a supervisor He repeatedly said how sorry he was but they had had to wait for the "fruit to be ready" before they could ship it and because they are so busy, they are unable to contact their customers to let them know of the delay He asked how he could make it right, I told him that he could refund my money and get my items delivered today His reply was that he was unable to do that All he could do for me was refund my shipping - $of a $1,order That was it and several completely insincere apologies I'm certainly not convinced they appropriately handled my complaint - at all He said the only way I was getting money back was if I refused the order when it finally arrives which will be exactly seven days from the order date for one shipment and nine days for my other two shipmentsSo much for 2-day shipping

Our company utilized Xtreme's services in January and it was a good experience. The representative was very thorough and gave estimates before doing the work. We followed up with the customer after the service was completed. The customer stated the cleaner was very meticulous (sp?), very detailed, very top-notch. The customer further stated he's had carpet cleaned before, but nothing like this. The customer was very pleased. Our company was pleased as well. It's a win-win for everyone. Our company would definitely recommend and/or use this company's services again in the future if the need arises.

I was asked what they could do to make it up to me and my reply was that they could send me their lowest priced beef stick and cheese basket which was agreeable to them. Maybe it is just a matter of them replacing CSR "[redacted]" with someone who is adept at customer service. My annual holiday gift baskets will come from their leading competitor next year.
