Dear [redacted] ID [redacted] After reviewing [redacted] rejection response I would like to respond accordingly, if she did not want to have a conversation she could have walked away at the startAs far as being a family run business, we are not related to any of our employees but we all are part of a team and we treat each other like a large family, with respectWe instruct our employees to be friendly and courteous to our customersOur employees are held to a high standard and when at fault are reprimandedIn seventeen years of employment with Professional Plumbing & Heating LLC, Leonard has never received a complaintHe is a diligent worker and friendly with customersAs I read in [redacted] rejection response in comparison with her original complaint I see now her opinion has changed from one of questioning Leonard's work ethic, accusing him of “ripping her off” and causing her to feel unworthy and depressed, to now one of intimidation, fear and abuseWhile I believe Leonard preformed his duties and did them well, and I wish [redacted] had contacted our company directly to handle any and all issuesAs to avoid any further dispute I see that the only resolution for [redacted] will be to receive the refund requestedOur company will be sending [redacted] a refund of $as requested.Sincerely,Robert W [redacted] Owner

Review: Invoice number 39040, job invoice number 12880 On August 1, I called Professional Plumbing because my sewer line was backed up. I was told that they charge $85.50 an hour. The serviceman arrived at my house at 10:30 AM. I explained the problem and he decided to use Master Bedroom toilet as a way to route the snake. ( I stayed with him the entire job until 11:30). Before removing the toilet , he proceeded to remove the water with a sponge and bucket. I gave him a shop vac in order to not waste time. He acted like he did not want to use it but I insisted to save time. He removed the water and toilet within 15 minutes. He ran the snake down through toilet 3 times, checking basement lines and outside pipe. At 11:25 he said everything was fine and water was running through all lines. I told him I had to leave and pick up grandchildren but left boyfriend and his son there . I asked him how long it would take to get completely done and he said 1/2 hour. I would have guess he would have been done around 12:00. , which would have been 1 1/2 hours of work. When I came home my boyfriend said he just left. The company charged me 3 hours of work. My boyfriend explained he took 10 minutes to put toilet back, however he had two cigarettes on my porch and talked for 45 minutes. He also separated each piece of the snake and took out each piece one by one to the truck. My boyfriend said he moved VERY slowly and stopped to talk to them each time on the porch about "his personal "life. I called the company with complaint. They wrote back and stated: "I spoke to the plumber on your call and he has chosen not to issue a refund due to the amount of work completed and time accordingly. I also spoke about the charge for using the snake machine, which is part of the business. $60.00.

It also stated on bill : Plumber checked for additional clogs , plumber ran all tubs, showers sinks, and flushed all toilets. This was absolutely false information. He only checked back toilet in which he was working and guest toilet. As for the other, absolutely nothing was done. My total charge was $343.78. This is an outrage. I am very disappointed in this business and have advised all friends, family, and co-workers not to support them in any way. I will continue to do so, however, I still would like you to resolve this matter, please.Desired Settlement: pay $128.25 (1 1/2 hour), + 4.99 wax ring + 2.84= $136.08 +tax $8.16= 144.24. Would like a refund of $199.54.
