*** *** signed the agreement provided with the sections pertaining to this in bold and underlined with E-Signatures and initials to make sure she understands
*** also made her reservation after reviewing again and confirming and booking at the end of her reservation She made her reservation April and called to cancel on April Since the owner is the one that collected her money she is the only one that is able to refund her her 80% according to the agreement she signed Also according to the agreement she understood the $paid to TripAngle was non refundable She has actually done a charge back and now TripAngle has to file this with our merchant processor to get back our $ We contacted the owner immediately and even put *** in contact with the owner The owner's computer was down, so she didn't refund through the credit card processor, but mailed her a check that was mailed June and cashed June This is just over a month our agreement doesn't stipulate when they will be refunded, but since this owners computer was down she handled it great, seeing as how it was refunded so promptly I had great discussions with *** *** and the owner and thought all was okay I tried calling *** when this frivolous claim was filed, and she cursed and hung up on me I don't know why she is being the way she was, but no one at our company or the owner of the condo deserved any of this We at TripAngle handled this timely and professionally and assured *** all was going to be okay, and it was, as she refunded promptly by the owner We are just as shocked as this owner by this from ***, as we thought all was okay, seeing as how she cashed the refund already We informed her that sometimes owners go out of town, or have different issues, such as a computer going down, and assured her all was going to be taken care of and she reciprocated that she was okay and understood She also understood that since we weren't the ones that had the power to refund her, that we will see this all the way through to make sure she was refunded The owner and us at TripAngle handled this timely and professionally and are deeply sorry that *** felt the need to do this and let it bother her so much We hope she finds peace and has a great summer

Reservation - Includes total amount owed for scheduled stay & is the total cost of Guest(s) stay that will be emailed to Guest when reservation process is completed
Property Owners - The owners of the property being rented
Cancellation Policy
Each property rented is Individually Owned and OperatedTherefore, all rates are subject to changeOur Property Owners accept all major Credit Cards, with the exception of American Express, and require a valid Credit Card for the down payment, AND FINAL PAYMENT, which will automatically be run TWO DAYS prior to Guest’s arrival for nightly and weekly stays. TripAngle, LLC and its Property Owners reserve the right to run card on file within the days prior to scheduled date of arrival (mainly for holiday rentals). Some property owners accept American Express and this will be included in the property FEATURES sectionFor month or longer stays, the NON-Refundable final payment is automatically run days prior to Guest’s scheduled date of arrivalIf Guest’s Credit Card on file does not go through for our Property Owners previous to Guest’s arrival, Property Owners have the right to rent out Guest’s reserved property, as Guest’s reservation becomes invalidPlease provide a good phone number for Property Owner to reach Guest in case of emergency or issues with Guest’s cardIf Guest does not make arrangements, and Property Owners property is not rented out, Guest will still be responsible for Guest’s reservationThe Property Owner also reserves the right to send Guest to collections if any damages occur and no shows are not able to go through on the Credit Card Guest has on fileAny charges that are incurred during the collection of such charges will also be Guest’s responsibility. Property Owners require at least a day notice for cancellationsIf Guest cancels before or more days prior to Guest’s scheduled date of arrival Guest will receive back 80% of Guest’s down paymentIf Guest cancels within 30-days prior to Guest’s arrival date, Guest will receive back 60% of Guest’s down paymentOtherwise the down payment AND total cost of Guest’s scheduled stay is forfeited. Pets
Guest understands that pets are allowed in “ONLY” pet friendly propertiesViolators will be asked to leave with no refund, and may be charged up to $cleaning feeOur Property Owners allow up to two pets with the maximum weight for each stated in the property description under the FEATURES sectionIf Guest is staying in one of these units with a pet, then Guest has agreed to pay the advertised NON-Refundable pet fee for one or two pets. Guest’s pet must always be on a leash when outside or on the BeachPets must not bark excessively, if this happens, Guests may be asked to leave with no refundIf an unauthorized pet is found in any property, Guest may be asked to leave with no refundGuests must pick up after their petsAny Guest that doesn't follow any of these instructions will be asked to leave with no refundSome complexes require PETS to have shot recordsImportant: Otherwise guest may not be able to check inAnd may not be issued a refund
Age Requirements
TripAngle, LLC and its Property Owners only rents to responsible partiesA responsible party must be at least with a valid Credit Card to rentA state driver’s license or other acceptable ID may be required at check-inTripAngle, LLC and its Property Owners reserve the right to refuse service
Occupancy Limits
Many of the properties advertised on our web sites have occupancy limits and restrictions. The limits are listed on each rental on our web sites. Please read carefully as Guest(s) are responsible for those requirementsIf Guest(s) violate the occupancy and/or restriction requirements, than the Guest(s) will be asked to leave without refund
RATE CALCULATIONS
TripAngle, LLC and its Property Owner's rate calculators are correct over 98% of the time, and are to be used as a guide only. The Property Owners will email the itemized receipt and confirmation with your correct remaining balance. The rate calculator should be used as a guide only and the Property Owners will exert every effort to make sure you get the price quoted. You
will be emailed within 24-hours an invoice with all fees. If you have any questions, you may call the number on your Confirmation, which will also be emailed to you within 24-hours
APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement is entered in the County of Nueces and the State of TX, and it is hereby agreed that the provisions hereof shall be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of TX and that the proper jurisdiction and venue for any action pertaining to the interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement shall be Nueces County District Courts after resolution is attemptedIf the attempts at resolution are not successful then the matter will be settled in the District Courts of Nueces County, TX

This Property Owner is not responsible for loss of any valuables, as well as personal injuryThe Guest (signer of this receipt) agrees to be responsible for any of the renters staying in this property and provide payment for room charges and for any damage of property that may occur during Guest’s stayMonthly Guests must prepay each month and agree to do so upon signing this receipt
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:AMGuests staying past12:PMon the day of departure will be charged a full nights stay and/or will be forced to leave if Owner have customers checking in that day!
Privately Owned Condos And Houses
Guest understands that the accommodations are privately Owned and Operated and are furnished by the Property Owner and come as advertisedProperty Owners are not required or obligated to provide additional furnishings or equipmentIf the major appliances including air conditioning or electric become inoperable, Property Owners will exert every effort to have them repaired, and will also make every effort to relocate the Guest if it becomes necessaryOur Property Owners can not guarantee the time required to make repairsGuest understands that each unit is furnished in relation to the property owner’s taste and will vary between propertiesAll properties are individually Owned and Operated, so please take care of the property as you would your ownAny missing items, broken items, smoking, unauthorized pets, excessive cleaning, soiled/stained towels, or trash removal will be billed by the Property Owner to Guest’s Credit CardUnless prior arrangements are made, Property Owners offer no extra towels or maid serviceSome complexes may have a minimal chefeeNeither the owner or TripAngle, LLC has anything to do with these chargesThis fee contributes to helping maintain security, parking passes, and/or gate cards for, pools, and beach access
Responsibility
Property Owners will charge Guest’s Credit Card for the following items: A nominal fee key fee will be assessed if the keys are not returned as they were given to the Guest (signer), as there are costs involved including changing the locksProperty Owners will not be responsible for any items left in the propertyPlease check your property before you departAny property left behind may be considered abandon propertyA nominal fee may be charged if Guests leave excessive trash in property, or Property Owners property is left overly unkempt by GuestTrash cans and dumpsters have been provided for Guests during stayThe Property Owner reserves the right to charge Guest's Credit Card for smoking in condoIf Guest’s card on file doesn't go through in the instance of collection for such damages, the Property Owner has the right to send Guest over to collections, also any charges incurred during the collection of such charges will also be Guest’s responsibility.Limitation of Liability
Guest agrees to indemnify, save, protect, defend and hold harmless TripAngle, LLC, its agents or assignees, and the Property Owners of the property for any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, damages and costs related to defending same, including attorneys fees incurred as a result of any injuries to persons or damages to property as a result of the acts or omissions of Guest(s)TripAngle, LLC and its Property Owners have the express right to enter the rented properties at any time, with or without the Guest’s consent to perform routine maintenanceProperty Owners will exert every effort to notify Guest before entering property.Rates & Accommodation Substitutions
Each property is individually Owned and OperatedDue to resale and maintenance issues, all prices, services and amenities are subject to change without noticeProperty Owners will expend every effort to move Guests, if necessary, to a comparable property.Amenities
The Guest will be liable for any damages, costs attorneys fees incurred as a result of any injury or damage from the use of amenitiesThe Guest agrees to assume sole responsibility in relation to these risks and Guest agrees Guest is responsible and liable and will pay Property Owner or Complex upon request for any damages to these amenities caused by Guest’s misuse or negligence of common areas or amenities.APPLICABLE LAW

I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting the response of the Business TripAngle, not of the condo owner herself. The owner of the condo did respond to me promptly and in fact refund me. The business of TripAngle on the other hand has obviously been fictitious in their response. I did not curse or yell at him in any way. Neither have I had any contact with any other staff. I did however state that I am not speaking to him in regards to my complaint and that it will go through the Revdex.com. The conversation lasted less than a minute. As my phone records can prove. The owner herself told me she had problems with TripAngle. I will not comment on the rest since it is heresay and I do not have proof of what is said. So I decided not to deal with TripAngle further regarding this matter and leave it up to the Revdex.com. I do have my refund as agreed on the agreement. I never received proof that payments were to be canceled by TripAngle. Such as a cancellation confirmation number of sorts. Until I filed my complaint I never had any call from TripAngle. I filed my complaint to let there be a history established with this company. The condo owner was very apologetic and helped me greatly. I commend her for that. TripAngle on the other hand should be investigated further for any other problems of the past. I do not want the problems I have had with this company to happen to any other person. I find it disgraceful that he lied on his response concerning our conversation. I flatly refused to speak to him, hung up, and not one curse word was mentioned. As I have said before, I have had no other contact with any other staff of his. I did not even know there were other staff available. I do hope that this complain is made public. I know that TripAngle with do their best to defend themselves in order to not lose business, but this way of business is exactly the reason they lost mine. I plead with anyone who wishes to do business with them, please look at their references, comments, as well as any past complaints of their clients. That is how I found out about them myself.
