Our pool was sparkling clear and we hired Professional Pool Service for their weekly chemical maintenance service At first we had a great technician, our pool was beautiful for over a few summers Unfortunately they started sending new and different technicians to our pool every week or twoFinally we saw one technician come for about six weeks in a row, during summer He told us he had no experience with swimming poolsOver about three weeks with this inexperienced technician, we developed an algae problem I phoned the office several times and was transferred to the maintenance manager's voicemail Out of calls, he returned my call twice At first he told me they would take care of the problem, as long as we were brushing the pool and running the filter daily, which we did There was never an improvement; on the contrary it continued to get worse and I insisted that Justin, the owner, come look at it At that time he told me the algae had spread to unmanageable levels and they would need hundreds of dollars to address the problemWe feel that weeks of ignoring the algae problem in the heat of summer caused the algae to get to an unmanageable level We were never advised that the problem was getting to a serious level The technician was not managing the algae problem but rather he was just adding a few gallons of chlorine every weekI expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction with the improper maintenance rendered by Professional Pool Service After several weeks of trying to get help with the pool, they stopped returning my phone calls At no time was I rude or demanding, I only asked that they correct what they had allowed to happen by their lack of attention to problem that they allowed to escalate Instead, they offered to fix it at our expenseProfessional Pool Service started out great and took care of our pool, but eventually they did not value us as customers and cut back on their chemical services, as well as their customer service I do not recommend this business

I was a customer with Professional Pool Service for over a yearInitially their service was of good qualityUnfortunately over the course of several months their service quality plummetedMy pool went from being clean and clear to becoming murky and greenTheir service providers were caught falsifying service documents in order to make it appear as though they were providing my weekly pool service when in fact the technicians were actually just running into my backyard to initial and date their check sheet, then leaving without performing any aspect of the service I was paying forThey were caught by a member of my household and several neighbors doing thisWhen I brought it to the attention of the business, I was told that I would receive months of free service in addition to being refunded for the months of service that I was fraudulently charged for(Each monthly service cost $** brining my total refund amount to $***.) I continued to be charged for my monthly service up

They have provided excellent, reliable service to us for the past few months their prices are also competitive
