Review: I received a call from Professional Portfolio Management (PPM) the week of June 24th 2013 regarding my mother. Professional Portfolio Management informed me that they were trying to serve my mother a bill for $641 and that if she were to be served that there would be an additional charge of $300+ court cost and $700+ attorney cost. I then asked if there was a way that I could intercede the papers being served until I was able to get a hold of her. The man that I spoke to, [redacted], told me that I could provide my credit card information and that I would have until June 28th before the payment was taken out. I reaffirmed with Mr. [redacted] that I was only providing this information in order to get in contact with my mother and he reassured me that the money would not be taken out as long as I called before the 28th of June. He also sent me an email dictating what we had spoken about. When I spoke to my mother she said that she was disputing the case in question in to take my information off of the account immediately. After speaking with my mother I called Mr. [redacted] back on the same date of giving my credit card information and said that I will not be handling the account and that I would like information erased. Mr. [redacted] complied. I asked him if I was assured that nothing would be taken out and he said that the conversation is being recorded and that my information would be voided out. The following Monday I received an email from my bank that the $641 had been removed from my account. I called Mr. [redacted] who has as of Friday July 5th has been giving me the runaround and ignoring phone calls.When I Spoke to me he confirmed what we spoke about but told me that the attorney assigned to my mother's case decided to take the money out anyway and I would have to speak with him. I have called constantly from Tuesday July 2nd until Present and the man that I am supposed to speak to has been conveniently absent.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to return my money in the full amount and a written apology addressed to me.

Review: I have been recieving non-stop phone calls from a company called, Professional Portfolio Management. I recieve calls in the early morning and very late at night. Recently(within the last 2 weeks) they have harassed me at my place of employment. They have threatned me with being served a long with the IRS taking over this so called credit card debt I have from 2007-2008 with Wells Fargo. They have also threatened me to show up at my place of employment. I have also told them numerous times to stop calling me while I am work and they fail to listen. I am aware that under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act this company is HARASSING me, non-stop. I have now been spoken with by my boss and they are affecting me very greatly while at work.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop HARASSING me at work and in my home life. No more calls from this company please.
