circumstance that the property was previously insured and qualified to be purchased via FHA . Due to pressure from the Buyers Agent to get the property listed, my agent used previous data and was not aware that the Home Owners Association had made the decision to no longer be FHA eligible. My agent contacted the Home Owners Association and did not receive updated information until after the purchase agreement was made and the inspection happened. The complainant is correct that it was incorrectly listed that way but it was not with the intent to mislead. Upon learning the circumstances I immediately took action and refunded the Buyers money. There are many complexities to the sale of a property and unfortunately this one did not get fully vetted as the information that originally given was no longer valid.
