Attached you will find a copy of every customers receipt This receipt clearly states that items must be "unused items(s) that are in a resaleable condition" may be returned for a refund All of our straight razors are sold professionally packaged(not sealed)These products come directly from the manufacture to our storeOnce they leave our store, the possibility, with a razor, to have been contaminated is "likely"We protect our customers, and our public by not accepting these to be returned due to the risk of contamination(Blood contact, aids, viruses, skin contact etc)Many of the contamination examples that we just described cannot be seen with the naked eyeThus, these type of item(s) cannot be returnedThis policy most people find very common and a safe practice to protect the well being of all If the customer would like to contact the Health Dept, that is with in there right, we simply do not enable a possibly contaminated product to be returned to ensure public safety, and we are confident that the Health Dept will confirm our safe practiceUnfortunately, we are unable to accommodate the customers request in this manner, and feel that we have sold and present the product in good faith, while protecting the well being of the communityThank you!

Attached is a copy of the service ticketAs you can see that the unit was dropped of for Std Service, no mention of GFI/Wont turn on issueWe serviced this in accordance to customers requestWe did replace some wearable partsThe unit was picked up on 6/13/16, thus the warranty expires on 9/13/Unfortunately, the customer obligation was to return the unit in a timely manner if they felt the issue was not resolved, in which they didn'tIt would appear the unit now hows a different/unrelated issue, which we can repairWe charge $19.95/labor plus parts, or they can buy a new unit for approx $ Thank you

In june 2016, I dropped off my Andis liners off for service day return (first warning sign day turn around)I dropped the liners off because they would not turn onI returned to retrieve my liners up days later around mid julyLiners would not turn on still and as it turns out I tripped the GFI electric switch in my houseAt the time I was in the process of moving to another apartment and I didn't get around to complainingI Use the liners for the second time since service and they began biting and turn off completelyI brought the liners into the repair location yesterday and present them to *** (the sales representative/owner/manager) and he tell me the price is $includes cleaning, sharpening and adjustment I said they've only been used twice since the last so-called cleaning, adjustment fixHe stated that is the standard price

First and foremost I realize the business stated the warranty is outside of the day mark; however; my complaint is stating that my problem never existed to begin and I brought my clippers in because they would not turn onIf this business stands by the Andis brand and they have integrity they would have told me from the very beginning that no problem existed with my clippers and that they were unable to replicate the same problems prior to fixing or adjusting my clippers, but because they fail to diagnosis my problem before working on my clippers they took money without fixing anything and in fact taking my clippers apart has caused them to work worst

As you can see from the attached pictures, this is how the product is sent/delivered to us from the manufactureAs we previously stated, this item is packaged professionally, meaning it is not sealed or clammed packThus, once sold, the sanitary status can no longer be validated, thus the item is not resaleable Our receipt clearly states that the item must be "in a resaleable condition" We have simply sold the item how it is delivered to us, and have clearly stated our return policy on our receipt, and acting in good faith protecting the community from possible contamination We also are held to the strict enforcement of the State of California Cosmetology Boardd which governs the sanitation of these products Thank you!

As a Factory Authorized Service Center for the Andis Company, we duplicate the methods of repairing, sharpening, and their policiesThe Andis Company warranties there service work repairs for days, just as we doClearly, this repair is outside the day window Attached is a copy of this

Very unfortunate that SanDiego allows a business like this to sell products in this manner.  If this business worried about the well being of the general public they would never fathom selling un-sealed razors.  Shopping at a general store is safer.  The public can purchase razors in sealed packaging at a general store/drug store.
My complaint will hopefully have the Revdex.com look into the false statement made by this business.  Please help other consumers.  Stop this business from selling "sanitary products" outside of packaging.  Keep sanitary producst in factory sealed packaging.  No exceptions.
