We had PPS finish our basementIt was done in a timely fashion and done well! All requests or changes were honoredWhen people come down to the basement, "wow" is usually the first commentThe shape is different, not a rectangle and a closet and storage space was added under the stairsWe then had PPS do some kitchen work which included installing back-splash and painting the ceilingAgain it was done wellThere were a few problems but always addressed and correctedThe workers were always courteous and understandingi would highly recommend Professional Property Services LLC Call and talk to Roger, the ownerRoger is very skilled as are his employees

When people come down to the basement, "wow" is usually the first comment. The shape is different, not a rectangle and a closet and storage space was added under the stairs.
We then had PPS do some kitchen work which included installing back-splash and painting the ceiling.
Again it was done well. There were a few problems but always addressed and corrected. The workers were always courteous and understanding.
I would highly recommend Professional Property Services LLC . Call and talk to Roger, the owner. Roger is very skilled as are his employees.
