I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find the response satisfactory to meOnce I have received the paid in full receipt of the Flexicom collections the complaint will be resolved at that time. Once I have received and reviewed the receipt I will contact the Revdex.com to let them know that the issue has been resolved

In response to complaint #filed by Ms*** her account has been outstanding with our client since P.R.Aallowed her to set up minimum monthly payments at no additional charge
Ms*** has only made payments out of the months she was set on the payment arrangement
Ms
*** then paid the remaining balance with a credit card & therefore has the ability to dispute a charge on her credit card in the state of Ohio within days
At no time was Ms*** told she would be given an immediate paid in full letter but is welcome to ask her credit card company for one

In response to the complaintAt no time do we issue a paid in full letter immediately unless the funds are paid by cashiers checkWe allow weeks before a statement is issued if anything is paid by check or credit card due to the ability to stop payment of thistype of payment.
