My car was towed because I as a tendentious parked my car in visitor parking I have two lease agreements that I’ve signed and both state that I am allowed to park in guest parking.

I was going out to move my car 2 days after a snow storm because the snow plow company was coming to clean and the tow truck company had pulled up while I was going out to move my car and told me since that my car hadn't been moved 5 min prior they still have to tow my car. The driver said that if I had $100 cash it would be ok. I tried to tell the tow truck driver that since he didn't have my car up on his tow truck they shouldn't be able to tow it. The tow truck driver refused to let me do anything and was calling me names and making fun of me. Come to find out the tow truck driver is the owner. They towed it 2.5 miles that cost me $231. When we went to go pick up my car 3 hours later they had my car there but no ticket written up. The lady in the office was so very rude and disrespectful. She didn't even know what car was mine. They had no paperwork written up on it and when we got there all the sudden she wrote up the paperwork. The lady wpuld not give me her name. Shouldn't the paperwork be done as the car was brought in. Also when I went in to try and get my car out they said since I was arguing with them they were going to charge me more. How is the right? Something needs to be done with this company.

My daughter was in the process of having her car towed away (she was parked illegally). The tow truck driver offered to release her car for $100. She declined. The driver then allowed her to try and remove items from the vehicle. As she was reaching in the car the driver began to pull away. At the same time her boyfriend and his father were talking to each other in Spanish. The passenger in the truck (we were told by the owner/manager that he was not an employee) got out of the truck and yelled at them to learn English. My daughter again attempted to remove items and the driver pulled away with the car doors open and my daughter still reaching in the car. We tried to resolve this with the owner/manager and he told me to call back after he spoke to his driver. I have tried multiple times and have yet to receive a response.

PRCS illegally towed my car from my house . They damaged my car on 7/16/17 during the tow , 2016 Chevy equinox . I spoked to the owner kirk. he asked me to send an estimate which was send to them by the collision company. I have been calling them since then and they refused to return my calls nor fix my car.
