I have received the complain in questionAs I am sure you are aware, we legally can only release information with the person who listed on the account That is why we were not able to speak with maker's motherWe did not receive the redemption release for this acct till apx 3:30pm on Friday 7/and our office closed at pm that dayThere was not enough time for us to process the release and get all the necessary paperwork together to release the car on FridayHad we received the release earlier in the day we would have gladly released the vehicle that day Fees that debtor is held responsible for vary depending on what client advises us that the debtor is responsible for when they send us the releaseIn this case debtor was to pay all inclusive feesAny questions at all, feel free to give me a call! 7/10 and our office closed at 4 pm that day. There was not enough time for us to process the release and get all the necessary paperwork together to release the car on Friday. Had we received the release earlier in the day we would have gladly released the vehicle that day.  Fees that debtor is held responsible for vary depending on what client advises us that the debtor is responsible for when they send us the release. In this case debtor was to pay all inclusive fees. Any questions at all, feel free to give me a call! Thank you!
