Review: a) White refinishing of the bathtub was sloppy; a textured smudge (not existing before the refinishing) in a dirt color was left by the drain area. The stainless ring of the drainage itself show leftovers of a white substance. The floor adjacent to the bathtub got a spill of a rather hard to remove substance.b) Moreover, the price ($250) given by phone by a Ms. [redacted], was lower than the one charged on arrival by the worker ($325). c) The work was scheduled for Wednesday June 17 at 1:00PM, did not started until 2 hours later.d) I tried to reach the Ms. [redacted] on Friday, June 19th, to see whether was possible to remove/correct the smudges, but my voice mail messages were never returned. I did leave several voice messages to no avail.Desired Settlement: Send another healthy/capable worker to correct the mess at no cost, WITHOUT messing up other things.

Review: My husband and I hired this company to refinish an old claw foot bath tub. The tech came out and did the job. The tub was not finished to our satisfaction. The base of the tub had high and low spots. My husband questioned the tech about this. He was told it was the old time skid prevention for the tub. He did not like it but paid him. I saw it later and was very dissatisfied. I called the company and spoke with [redacted]. I was told that for an additional $200.00 they could make it smooth. Now knowing that I would not get my tub properly fixed without additional money I stopped payment on our check. I called [redacted] for 2 days to let her know that I stopped payment and to ask her when they would come back out. Four days later she called and set up an appointment to do the second spray. The tech came out and did the second spray. The job appeared to be very good and he was paid. The next day, while pulling the tape off the drain that the tech left, the sprayed layer came off. I called [redacted] and I was told 'not a problem' can be fixed easy. We set a day for that. The tech did not show for the appointment ,and [redacted] is not accepting my calls. I called her from another phone number, and when she realized who was calling, she hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I want to be contacted by the company and I want my tub fixed. I will not pay any more money to have this situation corrected. All she had to do was send a tech out and do the job correctly.

Review: I had this company come repair my bathtub. My bathtub was cracked really bad. I thought they did an excellent job until I used my bathtub the 1st time after the repair and it cracked! I contacted them and told them about it. Well they was supposed to contact me back and they never did. I call and leave messages and they don't return my call.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to come fix my bathtub! Or refund me my money!

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Professional Refinishing llc. regarding complaint ID 10672135, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business only contacted me because they thought they was returning the Revdex.com phone call when actually they was returning my call. They refused to come look at the tub in person to see why the tub cracked again. I sent a picture showing them the crack and the man was very rude to me and said you can clearly see that it's the fiberglass that cracked. When really it's not! It's the refinishing. And also wanted me to pay more money for them to fix it. Which of course I refused to pay more money. They tub is also continuing to crack. Very rude customer service!!!

Review: I had Professional Refinishing come to repair my bathtub at first when he finished it did look good but less than a month later the tub started to peel. I called then and the woman that answered took my information and said she would get the technician to call me. After about two weeks of no returned calls I called back the same lady said for me to take a picture and send it to her and when the technician looks at it that they would call me back. Then after more weeks passed I called back and she said she was sorry they were really busy but she would just put me on his schedule. That day came and went and no technician called or came. I tried to call nobody answered I left messages no return calls. I just wanted my tub repaired but now I am getting angry because if they would have said from the beginning stop calling we are not going to repair your tub I would have handled the situation than instead of wasting my time.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money back so I can get a reputable company to come and repair my tub because I do believe if he was to come back now he may just make it worst because obviously he don't want to rectify the situation.

I have not heard from the business I have called I have tried to go to their website and I see that it had been deleted .
