Our generous day return policy is clearly spelled out here: http://www.oldwillknottscales.com/return-policy.html#ow-returns-myweighMr*** purchased his scale on June 29, He first contacted us about a problem with his scale on October 5, days after purchasing the scale,
days outside our day return policy.In the name of customer satisfaction, we went ahead and replaced the scale for Mr***, even though he was required to send the scale to the manufacturer for replacement under their lifetime warranty.Mr*** contacted us again on 12/21/about a problem with his scale (days since the original purchase, and days since his replacement was shipped to himboth way outside our day return policy)Since we had already gone out of our way to take care of the replacement (instead of the manufacturer replacing the scale as per the policy) we told Mr*** that he would have to send his scale to the manufacturer for replacement, instead of to us.Once again, in the name of customer satisfaction, if Mr*** returns the scale to us, we will refund his June 29, purchaseHe will need to reference order #*** on the outside of the box, and he will also need to jot down his tracking number for his reference, in case anything happens to his package on its way back to us

We know it's disappointing when you don't receive an order that you've paid your hard-earned money forUnfortunately, our customer provided an inadequate shipping addressOur shipping system automatically enters exactly the address provided by the customer, so that no errors can be caused by
manual input of addresses. The *** tracking number for this order was ***The tracking information on the *** site shows the message "Unable to deliver item, problem with address ".We would put the chat transcript in this response, but unfortunately it contains vile language on the part of the customerWe've attached the transcript as a text file for your reviewIn her ensuing phone call after the chat, we let the customer know (certainly not in a rude way whatsoever) that as soon as we receive the package that is being returned to us, we will issue a full refund of $15.67, including the shipping that was charged. All we can do in this case is refund the customer as soon as we receive the package that was undeliverable due to the inadequate address that was provided by the customerWe'll certainly take care of that the minute we receive the return.Well, here's an added bonus and a happy ending! While writing this response, we received the customers wayward package, and the order has been refunded in fullOur customer can expect to see this refund show up in her bank records within business days.Kind regards,Will K***
