I'm sorry you feel this wayI'm not for sure what you would want at this pointDo we need to fire Jim? We have counseled with him about this situationWe do make mistakes and we are always working to improveAll I can do at this point is to offer an apologyBest Regards,Mark W [redacted]

We would be happy to remove you from mail that is generated by us, However there are many different mail pieces that are sent to NISSAN Owners that are not in our control In order to track down where they are coming from I would need to have a readable copy (photograph works fine) Of the Front and Back of the mail pieceNissan USA does send mail to it's ownersWe do not sell or distribute our owners to any other companies outside of Nissan and ourselves I will make every effort to remove you from our mailing efforts Please understand that trying to stop junk mail is nearly impossible

Revdex.com: Thank youIt is sad that I had to go to the Revdex.com to get you guys to contact me and resolve the issue I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

This may be a matter of confused terms between keyless entry and keyless startI am unable to verify what the ad stated, however we are prepared if the customer has a copy of the ad and where it was shown and if it states Keyless Start we would be happy to assist in getting that option on the vehicle.Thank you Mark W [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:From: [redacted] ***< [redacted] >Date: Thu, Apr 5, at 1:PMSubject: Re: Complaint Id [redacted] To: [email protected] disagreeJim asked his boss the first day and was told I needed down, no mention of a cosignerThis was on a carThen a day or so later I decide to use my paycheck Which was only 1200, but asked him if I could get into something with that amntDownHe then responded and told me I needed a cosignerSo it went from needing a down payment to a cosignerSo I was misinformed initiallyYou do not banter back and forth with the consumerInappropriateYou said there was nothing rude in his texts, I disagreeNot a good representation of your companyHe's not the manager, which he claimed to beI don't like the fact that I've spoke with a couple of you and no one wants to take ownership for his nasty remarks Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I understand your concerns and would like to review this transaction with youIn October you purchased a Nissan Titan Truck and A Nissan RogueYou traded in an Altima, a Ford F-and an RVThe vehicles were appraised at wholesale market valueThe balance owed on these vehicles was more than the wholesale market value, we refer to this as negative equityThe negative equity in this case totaled around $14, We discounted the vehicles as far as we could in order to absorb the negative equity and arranged financing for you through the financial institution that would accept the terms All of the terms were disclosed to you during your meeting with our finance manager and you authorized the agreement and took possession of the vehicles and have been using them since Oct of The vehicles you have possession of are yours and you are free to do what you will with them So far as options I can only offer what any car dealer in the nation would offer We can appraise the vehicles and give you the wholesale market value for them on trading them in on a new or used vehicle of your choicePlease consider that in the months you have owned the vehicles that the wholesale market value will be less than what you owe, considering that you financed your negative equity of $14,and only put $2,down to offset any of the Tax, Title, Lic, and fees This may present an issue as you will still have the negative equity of $14,as well as any depreciation and the Tax Title Lic, and fees to have accumulated and would add a significant amount in the way of negative equityDoing so would most likely result in payments that are much higher than what you are paying nowEvery vehicle sold experiences depreciation, the first year of ownership will present the largest amount of depreciationThe only way to avoid this is to keep the vehicles in good condition and with low miles and in the 5th to 6th year of ownership or when the loan for the vehicle is paid off depending on the structure of your loan and interest rateYou may see actual equity in the vehicles Your contract on the vehicles is between you and the financial institutionYou may be able to refinance the loans depending on your credit etc and get a lower paymentYou may be able to find someone to purchase the vehicles from you at a retail price by offering them up for sale

I just spoke with The AutoGap company at 1-800-705-(which is located at the bottom of your contract document) I asked them to look up the policy number [redacted] They verified that it is an active policyThere shouldn't be any issue in making a claim with them

Complaint: [redacted] Acruelly, I will be filing forgery on behalf of the 3nd contract that was requested upon your fiance employee calling my husband crying begging him to come back because she would lose her job if they knew she gave him the vehicle on the contract I signedThe contract that own place now is not my signature and I have all contracts not only that the contract went past the days and according to the official contract I just got from Nissan is missing from the contract so who picketed that moneyI understand we were up side down but we were promised to have the rebates from the rogue addedd to the titan if we bought the rogueWhich never happened and we were mislead to believe something different I have been with Nissan over years and I will never go to Tum Eagle againI will filing with attorney General and having my attorney filed chargesnfor the document that was not signed by meI have the one I signed and it is not the one I got from Nissan so someone is going to have to answer for itI am frustrated and filed a complaint the week u got the car and Nissan did nothing so it looks like we need yo go the lawI thought we could resolve it here and work it out but now it will go huge I will have my attorney send you paperwork and see you in court I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:You can't tell me that they don't know exactly what their add said I have a video going through the add, showing the vehicle and the VIN#, and showing that the add stated exactly, "remote engine start" I can send that wherever needed, and I attached the part that states that it had the remote engine start I have tried to contact them many many times to get this taken care of and they have refused It's sad that it had to go to the length of reporting it to the Revdex.com for them to respond Sincerely, [redacted] ***
