I agree to repair the roof at the back of the house and repair the damage to the interior ceiling and walls that was damaged due to the roof The back part of the house had existing damage to the back wall and floor that came from the exterior of the house

The offer to effect repairs will be accepted only under the following conditions:The roof will be repaired to stop the leaks, all water damage that the roof has incurred due too the leaks will be repaired, as well as repairs for water damage to the walls and floors in the rooms where leaking has occurred. All repairs must be completed by January 30, 2016.

I did agree with this recommendation and wanted to proceed. Based on their explanation of the membrane material, this option seemed like the best method to resolve the  leaks caused by the steep valleys. They said they would get the material, then contact me to schedule the repair. That was the last time I heard from them. I made multiple attemps to contact them but they have not made any attempt to respond.  They never scheduled the repair, they never called me back, they did not repair the leaking roof they installed.

The last time I spoke to Mr. [redacted] I informed him that we should change the type of material on that section of the roof in order to resolve the issue, he did not want to.
