Review: I had a roof replaced during the month of August, 2012 because it was leaking. I t started leaking again on 1/23/14 where the main roof joined the addition. It was in the same area that the original problem occurred. I called for 3 months. I tracked the original installer to Florida and finally got someone in NJ. on 3/16. Two workmen cam the following Wednesday, said that they were from Professional in very broken English and climbed on the roof with caulking guns. They were on the roof for about a half hour. When I asked what was done, I think they said nails. They left. I tried contacting the office for about a month to find out what they had done and again no answer.
On 11/11/15, I again noticed staining (leaking). I have called the correct number and have left 3 voice mails stating the problem and have gotten no response. I live in a senior community and they are active in this community . That is how I know that I have the correct number.Desired Settlement: 1. The roof to be properly fixed.
2. An appointment time scheduled (not show up at the door, no identification and speaking Spanish only)
3. An explanation as to what the problem is in English.
3. Why it keeps failing
4. How it will be fixed.
5. Fix the roof properly
6. A written report as to what was done
On the paperwork there is a "10 yer. guarantee on all workmanship" I want them to take this seriously.
I clicked repair above, but if the workmanship is so poor maybe the roof needs to be replaced. If that is the case, can I trust them to do a good job?
