The missing permit was just an oversight on our part At the time of her roofing project, we suffered a major assest loss which derailed our business practices We will pull the permit with the city of [redacted] *** But to that end, we feel that we have effectively resolved her complaints

In response to Ms***'s request We respectfully decline her request Professional Roofing Services and [redacted] , together, inspected Ms***'s roof in the area of concern We (both companies) found a) no evidence of any leaks b) no anomalies with the installation c) this internal issue in the living room is not caused by our work or our roof [redacted] concurred In their opinion, this is just an anomalie with the construction of the house At the request of [redacted] and at our cost, we opened the roof, prepared it for the installation of a ridge vent system, and then supplied and installed the ridge vent system in an effort to relieve the air movement from the living room with the hopes that it will resolve the condensation (not leak) issue Our cost of this work is well over $therefore, we do not feel that we owe the customer the cost of the inspection or repainting the ceiling since, this issue did not result from our work We are not responsible for construction defects resulting in condensation INSIDE a customers home We did this repair in good faith If Ms [redacted] would like to pay for the installation of the ridge vent, we will gladly pay for [redacted] inspection at no more than the requested $ We are also awaiting a final report from [redacted] which is forthcoming and will be sent to Revdex.com as soon as we receive it

Professional Roofing Services recently installed a new roof for our home John, the owner was the one who inspected our home We were impressed with his presentation While inspecting our roof he took photos and up loaded them into his laptop computer He was able to show us areas of concern on the roof We also had skylights that we had thought were dirty, it was not dirt, but cracks He showed us pictures of all the cracks as wellHe recommended that extra roof vents be added as well as turbines to keep the attic cooler We got the recommendation for the company through neighbors, we in turn have recommended his company to others as well

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Professional Roofing Services came out to my home yesterday Thursday the 23rd, and installed a roof vent, because of the moisture that was found per [redacted] *** [redacted] They also wiped off the drips that occurred on my ceilingbut the stains have remained I wanted to have them paint my ceiling, but [redacted] said to wait as they would monitor the roof and ceiling for a couple of months to see if the dripping returns I also still haven’t seen a roofing permit from Professional Roofing Services from the City of [redacted] *** And I am still expecting a re-imbersement in the amount of $that I paid to [redacted] *** [redacted] for their report; because my problem was ignored by Professional Roofing Services Regards, [redacted] ***

We have been in contact with [redacted] of [redacted] He indicated to us that his office is trying to get in touch with Ms [redacted] to conduct a follow up inpsection with us and to attempt to address a remedy This is not a roof failure issue, but rather a pre-existing construction defect This is a tongue and groove open beam ceiling built in the 60s In re-roofing, we installed a rigid insulation system over this room in an attempt to cool this room This type of roof does not allow for, what is considered today, proper ventilation This is NOT a roof leak or roof failure The staining Ms [redacted] sees is the result of interior condensationMr [redacted] is aware of the situation and agrees that this is an extremely rare occurance and that this is not a failure of the roof system

Beautiful roof, wonderful people They went above and beyond for me and appreciate all they did

Professional Roofing has done quite a few roofs in my neighborhoodI knew about what it should cost, so I had John the owner come out and give me a bid
It was less than I expected, so I did not get any other bids
All the crew members seemd genuinely concerned about the things I expressed to them
I had a few quirks on the stucco and they were taken care of to my satisfaction
All in all I felt good writing them a check

After obtaining multiple bids/estimates on a total roof replacement I selected Professional Roofing Services Up front they shared more information and reasoning on the best solution than any of the other contractors They shared pictures of the roof during the appointment so I could better understand the issues One area needed immediate attention and since their job schedule was a bit extended they completed a temporary repair to insure there would be no damage while waiting for the replacement Pricing was in the middle of the pack, but truly got more for my money Once the job started they were efficient, timely and communication flowed Clean up each day was thorough and once done had a full review with John The inside staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful It was a good decision to work with PRS!

Professional Roofing Services completed my 3,sqftroof in 1/days, and this included repairing rot and termite damage They did a beautiful job, painted the fascia boards, repaired a woodbox, and cleaned up very well The color of the roof is very beautiful

Professional Roofing Services did the following work on my property:
* Remove solar panels to tear down and replace roof. re-install solar panels.
* Tear down and re-build existing patio; custom, air patio.
* Tear down and re-build adjacent existing patio; custom, wood.
* All associated electrical, painting, carpentry, stucco and finishing work.

Professional Roofing services is a professional, well-run company with experienced staff. From the beginning, the teams were on time, non-smoking, CLEAN, courteous and always smiling. The work was completed on-time. I am used to setting low expectations for any type of construction crew. After meeting John, I decided to raise my expectations. He exceeded those. He expects perfection from his crew and is constantly monitoring the progress. If things are not perfect, his teams re-do them.

Regarding the roof: the process was explained to me, including the potential challenges that might be found. When old wood damage was found, John climbed up to the roof, took pictures of all of it, the good and the bad, and showed me before fixing anything. A received a change order for approval before the work was done.

Regarding the patios: we discussed general ideas on what could be done regarding design, space and structure. I then sent John tons of pictures. From there, we agreed on a design, and agreed that as we moved through the process we would have some fluidity to change things as they happened. This flexibility was nice as they were building the patios because once I saw what was happening, I could make better decisions on lighting, materials and color.

Use them. They're awesome!

Was in the market to buy a house in San Diego and I always like having contractors who know special trades to take a look at properties I offer on. I hired John look at two houses and am I glad I did! After John inspected the roof and walked me through what he found I retracted my offer. The second property John pointed out a couple minor things but over all gave the roof a good bill of health. After escrow John's guys repaired a skylight leak and now my roof is working as it should. Needless to say I own that home now and don't have to worry about one of the most expensive parts of the house, the roof. I have Professional Roofing saved in my phone now and John is my go to guy when I need someone I can trust.
