As we have plus students per week just attend our CT pistol Permit Class and at no time did I use Profound langue and I stated to them that the application is a part of attending our class as we have to sign the application and what ever other forms that their local police deptgives them and again I state that this is in the registration conformation email that they did receive which states " Please pick up your "Pistol Permit Application" from your local police department, Town Clerks/Resident Troopers Office, fill it out (except for the last page) and bring it with you to class along with two (2) forms of identification (including one with photo) and both with your signature on them for Notarization of your Pistol Permit ApplicationDo not down load the Pistol Permit Application from the internet as many cities and towns also include a cover letter and other material that may need to be completed before you can applyWe cannot notarize your application if you do not bring all paper work to class." Again a hostile situation was becoming an issue even after I said we will move onOther students have stated that they will state that the issue at hand was the complaints

Students arrived without proper paperwork that they where required to obtain before class.I informed them that they would have to go to their local police deptto obtain such and that the CT application was in the packet that I handed each and every student and to fill in the application on what I was telling them and the other studentsInstead of here filling in the application that here husband had showed her she was fingering through the packet and not following my directions as to what to doAt this time she stated to me that she could not find the correct page even though her husband had showed her the correct page prior to this and I observed that she did have the correct pageI then informed her that it is a long day and we needed to follow my directions and the other students would like to go home some time today and the longer she held us up the longer she was causing the class to wait.As per our company policy which is in writing on our web site it stats that that "Any student who does not present herself/himself in a professional manner while in attendance of any portion of any class at the discretion of the class instructor will be dismissed from class and NO refund shall be issued."Her husband than stated that they did not know that they had to pick up anything from their police deptbut in the email that every person whom registers for a class with our company receives the same email and I even asked everyone else in the class if the email they received stated to pick up an application at their local police deptand they all stated yes it doesAt this time started yelling that I was discrimination against her and her husband which is not true at allI than told them to leave as they were creating a hostile environment, which they did not complyI then told them that they where trespassing and to leave the property

I am rejecting this response because: He is being untrue about what had actually happened. The moment we made it into his office he was not even aware that we were supposed to be in that class. He even asked us if we had reserved it for a different date because he was unable to find us in his system. My husband and I gave him our names and then he found us. He was upset because we did not bring the application from the police dept. And as I told him we were not aware of this he looked like he was agitated by the circumstances I then proceeded to promise him to bring the completed application the next time he will be in the office for him to sign off on. I then kindly asked him if he can provide us with a pen in which he had at least 15 pens in his desk. He then caught an attitude and threw the pens at us instead of handing them over. To me that was already unprofessional of this guy we invested our hard earned money into his "business" and because he was upset he felt the need to bully and humiliate us. He then asked us to circle a sentence on the packet he provided us with within 5 seconds he demanded us to move on to the next page I felt scared by the way he was approaching the situation that I then changed the page and checked off what he had asked us to after that I tried going back to the previous page to circle the sentence and he then became aggressive towards me yelling and cussed and told me he did not have time for me my husband then stepped in and asked him why was he speaking to me with profound language he then felt intimidated by my husband that he demanded us to leave. Throughout the entire time we my husband and I carried ourselves professionally unlike this individual. My point here is I paid for services he failed to provide. It is irrelevant what his website states because that does not apply to us considering we were not out of line it was him. He does not have the right to disrespect us and take our money just because he had a bad day that is unacceptable. Please ask him to provide you with surveillance cameras if he has it because I have no problem backing up my story. Furthermore there has been negative reviews from other students about this company with similar issues on how unprofessional and disrespectful he is towards others also there has been 2 other complaints to you about this business therefore I have a lot to back me up. My point in all of this is just because we forgot paperwork does not give him the right to demand us to leave and speak to us in the way he did. In his site it states bring a friend for free if they choose to pursue their certificate they will have to pay in the future therefore I could had brought my application when he was in the next time all he had to do was sign it we didn't ask him to go out of his way. This was an unfair treatment and I have never encounter such horrific situation where I was afraid while trying to take a pistol permit class. I would like my refund back as soon as possible.
