I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowFirst, MsL*** nor the student that was originally to do my hair were specific on the hair I needed to purchase nor how much hair to purchaseSecond, the student that did arrive after I was there for over an hour, advised me she could have used the hair I purchasedThis argument from MsL*** in secondary to my complaintAs stated in my complaint, MsL*** looked at the hair I purchased when I arrivedShe took the hair out of the package and never stated there was a problem with the hair, even while I waited for at least a half hour before she shampooed my hair and a hour before the student who did my hair arrivedIf there was a problem, it should have been brought to my attention at that timeHer receptionist had told there my be a problem because none of the students came in that day.
In her reply MsL*** admitted she used different hairAs I stated in my complaint, she stated she was going to exchange my hairI explained I didn't have the receipt with me when she stated she was going to a store she knew to the exchangeMy complaint is that the hair I purchased was $per pack (packages) while the hair she purchased and used was $per packNow MsL*** states she will return the hair I purchased (that she had exchanged?).
At this stage I have no reason to trust her professionalism nor her integrityI have no idea what she has purchased and mailedAt this point I will follagain with the State Cosmetology Board (who advised me to file the complaint with the Revdex.com) and with the State Attorney General office (as recommended by *** ***)Regards,

am shocked! I have never received a letter from the Revdex.com in all of my 35 years in business, To address your complaint you could have and should have resolved this issue before you left the school. The hair you purchased was the wrong hair, and could not be used for the style you wanted. It was explained to you several times the type of hair you needed for your style. I understand that customer are not sure what kind of hair is Human, believe me the hair you purchased has [redacted] and [redacted] hair mixed in and the hair that I Purchase is NOT! Human hair.
If the hair is Human it would be able to take heat from flat irons etc.
Never the less, In this case you were deceived by the store you purchased the hair from. I will be happy to give you the hair you purchased back to you and pay for shipping as well. I pray this well resolve the complaint.
No money will be refunded to you. Sorry for the wait, Please sign the return receipt.
