On March 10, 2017, I had the tendon on my right thumb repairedOn April 13, I received a statement for "repair tendon, finger $1,500.00, and for "repair tendon, hand" $1, After the amount the insurance company disallowed, I owed a total of $1,I placed a call to the billing office questioning why I was being charged for surgery on my hand, (it was my thumb, only) and was told "that's just the way we code it" and was transferred to voicemail for further explanation to which I received no response I sent a check for $548.81, which was the amount owed for the tendon repair to my finger with a letter explaining that I wasn't going to pay the balance since it was for a surgery that I didn't have, and still no response After receiving another bill, I sent a copy of the first letter (which I had hand delivered so I knew they received it), along with another note questioning why I was billed for surgery on my hand when I only had surgery on my thumbstill no respons

Overall, my experience at Spectrum Ortho has been positive I had surgery on my knee in the fall of and made a nice recovery My Spectrum doctor also treated gout He authorized for me to call in and request additional refills on the gout medication when needed When I tried to request a refill, I made two phone calls on Monday, May 9, No return phone calls and no prescription was phoned into my pharmacistIt took me actually going to the Spectrum Ortho office Much to my surprise, they had documented that I had called, but said there was incomplete information However, they never contacted me for more information The front staff at the desk are a mixed group with some positive interaction (Joyce) and a negative reaction (Diane) Joyce was handling my situation but Diane stood up and just interrupted Joyce while she was handling my situation Joyce did work with a supervisor to get my prescription phoned into the pharmacy This was after being treated rudely by Diane

The customer purchased the [redacted] Kit for $89.99. We give each and every customer a tutorial on how to operate their new vape. Each and every one. She bought the vape early in the afternoon, and that evening she had a question about it, which is understandable. She said she was too tired to come...

back into the shop to let us have a look at it, so, out of the goodness of his heart, and the desire to help this lady quit smoking, my employee [redacted] went to her house, after business hours at 9:30 pm to help her and see what was going on. There was nothing wrong with the device, she simply didnt understand some of the things that were explained in her initial tutorial at the time of purchase. [redacted] then followed up with her a couple of days later, and she stated how happy she was with the device. The following day, she called [redacted] to say something was wrong, and he talked with her and walked her through some troubleshooting tips. He told her to bring the device up to the shop so we could have a look at it and fix whatever issue she was having. She became angry and came up to the shop a few minutes later. She wheeled her vehicle into the parking lot very fast, parked and came inside. She slammed the device on the counter and said "I want something better." We looked the device over and within seconds had it going again. There IS NOTHING WRONG with her [redacted]. It is a personal use item, and as such can only be returned due to a manufacturer's defect. Again, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the device, this customer just doesnt want to take the time to get familiar with the product. When this was explained to her, she jerked up her [redacted] and exclaimed "[redacted]!!" several times as she walked out the door. I will not issue this customer a refund, nor will I exchange it since there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. She can take her business elsewhere, we are far better off without this customer.Thank You,
