Last September I joined as a member, with the understanding that this company, operating under the name ISNWorks, would work with me to help promote my professional speaking businessThey never followed up and never delivered any services after payment
I paid these guys over $to publish a bookI have a signed contractAfter writing and editing, they disappearedI wrote many times asking for a progress reportI was told that it's on it wayBut after awhile, I didn't receive any responseI asked them to send my money back and all would be forgottonNothingMrDavid Wright would not ever respondI was literally ripped offAfter nearly two years of asking for some actionI dropped continued effortsI also have all email communication and contracts to back it all up
I paid thousands of Dollars to be part of a bookThey even had me buy extra books when they had a specialover years now and I still no Books
I have been working with them for over yearsI paid over $3,and now they have vanishedI never received my books
I see they have many reason in others complaints but none are true trust me
Are they still even in business
The fact is I paid for books, even purchased extra books and now they are goneIf they are around or in business I want my money back
The business has not fulfilled the contract - they owe me the publishing of books
I have e-mailed and called themThey have not responded
Insights Publishing and I have a signed contract in which I provide them with content for a book and they will edit, format and publish two products - books and an e-book
While I have continued to try to work with them, they stopped replying to e-mails or phone messages left for them in early March when they committed to having the formatting of the book completed
Prepaid for book - contract says weeks...now in 6th month w/ no delivery
I prepaid for a digital book and a hardback editionThe digital edition (which means all manuscripts were complete_
I paid in full for 2,books and after they had all of my money, they went off the gridI never received any of my books as promised
Insight Publishing contacted me via email solicitation regarding their services as a full service publishing companyAfter learning about their services, I signed a contract with them on July 24, for 2,booksI paid an initial deposit of $1,with the signed contractIn December of 2015, I received correspondence that if I paid in full, they would add additional books to the order at no additional chargeThey were very helpful in the beginning and kept saying they were here for me to help me with the entire process of getting the book completed As time went on it became very difficult to connect with them and to get them to follow through with their commitmentThen I found out through a friend that she, too, had paid in full and they were not responding I called them and that's when I found out they went out of business
