As a student who went here, I would like to say that when I first applied to go to school here I thought this school was amazing and that I would love and enjoy my experience going to school to be a cosmetologistHowever, that quickly changed when I learned that they don't respect opinions of students and treat them disrespectfully and are rude to clients on the salon floorPolicies are constantly changing from day to day making it extremely unpredictable as to what you will be in trouble for, each staff member seems to be running off of a different policy and no one here is ever on the same pageIt's an extremely unprofessional school, with broken salon chairs, floors, sinks, etcwe were constantly running out of color, shampoo, products etcWhen you are paying almost 20,dollars to go to school to be a professional I think it's extremely unnecessary to punish a student for not being able to show up in case of emergency etc, by punishing them with an ISS (in school suspension) that would never happen in the real world and taking clients away from a student is not helping give us more experience to use in the real worldThe instructors here don't like their jobs and you can clearly see it with they way that they treat students and clients, they don't care if you know what you are doing it not, they are unwilling to help you, or when you need help; ex; formulating colorThey just do it for you and don't explain how or why you would do it that wayThey will take over haircuts for you and get frustrated when you get lost in what you are doingThe owner of the school has no idea how to run a cosmetology school as he and his brother deal in the business aspect of it not the hair side which makes this school run poorly, in years they have gone through countless school directors because they can't handle working for a company in which they are treated so poorly, it's extremely sad to see how downhill this school has gone in the last years there are hardly any new students coming to join and the clientele has dropped to an astonishingly low numberYou're better off going somewhere else for you services, and for your educationSave yourself the stress, and money and pick a school who will care about your professional career and you as a person

Decent prices compromised by poor quality of work and questionable safety standards
After having new parts installed, they failed months laterAfter paying for warranty work, the vehicle was released to the ownerThat evening, while driving the vehicle - the front right suspension they had just completed work on, disconnected from the strutUpon investigation it was determined that neither of the securing bolts that secure the wheel hub to the suspension was missing one, and the other was left unsecure without a locking nut
The owner brushed off the situation and the garage has since been reported to the Ministry of Transportation
If you value safety, do not let these folks work on your vehicle - the vehicle owner was travelling at low speeds in the city center when the wheel disconnectedIf this had happened on the 401, the consequences could have been fatal

As a student who went here, I would like to say that when I first applied to go to school here I thought this school was amazing and that I would love and enjoy my experience going to school to be a cosmetologist. However, that quickly changed when I learned that they don't respect opinions of students and treat them disrespectfully and are rude to clients on the salon floor. Policies are constantly changing from day to day making it extremely unpredictable as to what you will be in trouble for, each staff member seems to be running off of a different policy and no one here is ever on the same page. It's an extremely unprofessional school, with broken salon chairs, floors, sinks, etc. we were constantly running out of color, shampoo, products etc.. When you are paying almost 20,000 dollars to go to school to be a professional I think it's extremely unnecessary to punish a student for not being able to show up in case of emergency etc, by punishing them with an ISS (in school suspension) that would never happen in the real world and taking clients away from a student is not helping give us more experience to use in the real world. The instructors here don't like their jobs and you can clearly see it with they way that they treat students and clients, they don't care if you know what you are doing it not, they are unwilling to help you, or when you need help; ex; formulating color.. They just do it for you and don't explain how or why you would do it that way. They will take over haircuts for you and get frustrated when you get lost in what you are doing.. The owner of the school has no idea how to run a cosmetology school as he and his brother deal in the business aspect of it not the hair side which makes this school run poorly, in 2 years they have gone through countless school directors because they can't handle working for a company in which they are treated so poorly, it's extremely sad to see how downhill this school has gone in the last 2 years there are hardly any new students coming to join and the clientele has dropped to an astonishingly low number. You're better off going somewhere else for you services, and for your education. Save yourself the stress, and money and pick a school who will care about your professional career and you as a person.
