Review: Around March 15, 2013, I sent my Dynaudio BM9S subwoofer to ProTech for repair. This repair was arranged/covered under [redacted] (the warranty I purchased for the sub). It's been two months, and I haven't been contacted/updated once by ProTech on the status of this. I've inquired multiple times. The last two times (3 weeks ago, and today) I was told "the parts just came in, and it's on the bench being worked on. It should be shipped out early next week." I was told this exact story 3 weeks ago when I called in. Taking *60 days* to fulfill a customer's service request is outlandish, and no way to do business, especially for a reputable company like [redacted]. If this was truthful, at least email the customer telling them the status throughout the process. I'm filing a formal complaint through [redacted], and will move to small claims court in Maryland next week if this is not resolved.
