I contacted the home owner on several attempts to set up a time to come out to grind his stump, he demanded a certain day and time that was not possible for our company to meet, when I had my stump contractor contact him to set up a more suitable time, we were told to forget it ,and he did not want
us to complete the jobOur company will be more than happy to complete the stump grinding, upon balance being paid in full

I am rejecting this response because:Professional Tree Service must have me confused with another Revdex.com customer complaintWe tried to work with the owner of the companyAs per my attached screen shot texts we had texts back and forth where we gave him every opportunity to come out and complete the agreementAfter (25) working days and numerous text and attempted phone calls it was more than evident that he was not going to complete the agreementProfessional Tree Service owes the ***'s $to have the work completed by another contractor that came out and ground the stump(2) days after being notified to proceed

I am rejecting this response because: I have been told by Mr*** that he would come back on
various days/weeks and he never has shown up I have been made these promises since last October Spring is offically in weeks, so the "spring months" is much too vague and much too long of a wait The grass is already starting to turn green and will be growing in March, as well as the bushes and trees will begin to bloom The logs are laying on top of my bushes and trees and will not allow them to grow and the ruts in the yard need to be filled so I can seed the yard and let the grass start growing I need Mr*** to confirm a specific day/week that he will come and complete the work I would like this done within the next week to two weeks (February 27-March or March 6-March 10) I do not think this is an unreasonable request considering how long I have been waiting The work needed to be complete this project is:-remove th debris from the creek and the logs from my property (not to be thrown in creek bed or on other side of creek bed)- fill in all ruts in my yard with dirt (they are supposed to seed my yard, but I will do that)- trim up all the broken bush and tree branches Sincerely,

Our company is working to resolve this complaint , We will remove the debris and fix her lawn in the spring months. We have full intentions to address these repairs 100% .

I will grind those two stumps by the end of the month and take care of this issue as soon as possibble.
