I purchased a [redacted] on 2/29/from this business the mandala center for behavioral health and wellnessi made an appointment for march 9,around 6pm for a massage with my [redacted] once there I meet with the massage man ( I do not remember his name white male with curly dirty blonde/brownish hair, small frame ) he explained his massage process and he bragged that he was the best massage therapist in townhe told me that he trained in China and also in Taiwan for many years with not only massage techniques but also acupuncture he asked me the type of insurance that I had and I told him he then told me that my insurance covered the massage therapy and also acupuncturehe asked for my insurance card and drivers license.I told him that this is not necessary since I was using the [redacted] and would only be getting a massage todayhe explained that the receptionist would use this information to create a file for me so that when I made my next appointment it would be faster and i

Dispute of bill received months after services rendered for 8-year old daughter
I received a bill for $for my 8-year old daughter who received treatment over months ago We were paying per session so no balance should be owed Called the provider who stated they had sent me bills from Jan-April of (still well after service) for a payment plan that was missed I had not ever set up a payment plan They also stated they had changed billing systems recently They could not at the time verify the bill was accurateSpoke to a billing supervisor (Tanisha) who told me she would call me the next day after reviewing my acct She stated "you probably don't have a billYou probably DO have a bill" which made no sense They also have their old business name and no phone # on their bill to contact them, however state I may be sent to a collection agency I never received a call back the following day Almost a week later I've called back several times Yesterday I was

Review: Failed to finish tree trimming job and guaranteed 100% clean up of wood. Was scheduled to come back and finish trimming large tree in yard and remove wood he had left in yard. . Waited all day but He never showed up, left numerous messages over next few weeks but no response. Have to now pay someone else to haul away the wood he left and finish trimming the tree.Desired Settlement: I paid [redacted] $1500 and was assured of 100% clean up and satisfaction. Even states it on the invoice. I would like to be reimbursed the cost of having the job finished and hauling away the remaining wood.

Review: The company and the person named were paid $680. to cut down and remove one tree and to remove the stump within two weeks. This was on 4/10/2014 and they did cut the tree down but left two large pieces of the tree and a four foot stump. After repeated calls and broken promises to return I am forced to pay a different company to finish the job they were paid to do.Desired Settlement: I would like half the money paid to this company returned to me to cover my cost to have someone else finish to the job.

Review: [redacted], owner of Professional Tree Service, did not complete services that He was paid for; there is a balance due to Mr. Kinsella of $80.00; He has been paid $1780.00 out of an agreed upon price of $1,860.00. He has been paid for services that have not been performed except for a small amount of $80.00. Two tree stumps have not been removed. Mr. [redacted] has promised a minimum of 8 or 9 times that he was going to show up and remove the stumps but never showed up after we stayed home and waited for him. He was to return in Sept or Oct to trim roots on another tree. That was separate from the stumps that were to be removed. He did not show up for that work either. My wife paid him all of the contracted price except for $80.00 because she trusted Mr. Kinsella. What a mistake that was.Desired Settlement: Complete work for which he has been paid. The small amount of $80.00 will of course be paid when and if Mr. [redacted] returns and does the job he was contracted and paid to do. I am hoping he returns and completes the work as I do not want to have take legal action.

Review: [redacted] quoted $1380 to trim tree line, cut 4 trees down and grind stumps. he cut four trees down and stacked logs in the front of my house. He aslo scammed my neighbor too. He made up some story about loosing his wallet and he was paid cash and never finished the job. He also destroyed my filter by dropping a huge branch on it and broke every one of the pvc pipes. I had to get a pool company in to fix it. He never picked up the logs, never paid for broken filter, and never ground the stumps as written in the contract. He has been called at least ten to 15 times and lies every time about finishing the work and bad mouths his crews and blames then. He is a con artist and a liar- I gave him the job because he said my neighbors knew him very well and grew up in the neighborhood. They have no idea who he is. And he lied to them as well about doing their work on Sunday. He never came back.He also left his truck and chipped parked in front of my house for two weeks until a neighbor drove into it.Desired Settlement: I want the logs picked up that he threw all over the front lawn, I want the stumps ground and I want the money for the filter that he destroyed.
