Toyota of Easley detailed vehicle and filled with fuel.? Toyota of Easley verified dash replacement was done correctly and then returned vehicle to customer.? Toyota of Easley has determined that no other dash related repairs are needed at this time.? Toyota of Easley would be happy to work with customer if there are any additional concerns

Regarding the repairs to *** *** *** The $diagnostic charge was unrelated to the engine replacement and would be considered the customer's responsibility. Toyota ** *** was able to help *** *** with the repairing of her vehicle even though it was outside of the parameters
of the oil consumption customer support programToyota will be happy to refund *** *** for any rental charges that she incurred during the repair of her engine on the *** She will need to send copies of any rental bills to ***Please contact *** *** with any other questionsThank you. *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ***

*** ***There was not a crack in the oil pan, it was completely brokenBIG difference crack vs brokenI still feel strongly that part was broken there and a full refund is what should happenUntill that happens I will NEVER do business of any type there again, also I will tell everyone I see to not do any type business with toyota of Easley scMrMichael M*** is a poor excuse for a service manger if he cannot tell a break from a crackI guess that ? MrN*** likes people like that so they do not have to pay for warranty work
