Professional Vac

This company came into my home to clean my furnace while I was not home (as was the prior arrangement). Upon returning to my house in the evening I came home to find the leg of my leather sofa sitting sideways under the sofa no longer attached to it, nothing in my bedrooms that had been moved to access the vents was returned to its original places, not a single cold air return was actually reattached to the walls, and the vent in the bathroom was broken and left in pieces. I have tried repeatedly to contact this company to reach some kind of resolution with them and other than answering the first phone call and saying that they would talk to their employees and get back to me I have not received any kind of a response from them.Product_Or_Service: Furnace/duct cleaning Desired SettlementA written letter from the company with an apology and what has been done to prevent this type of situation form reoccurring. As well an adjustment of the billing to reflect both the things I have to replace or fix and the inconvenience of having to clean up after someone who was supposed to be a professional.
