I ordered an album for a bride, 7 weeks ago, and still have not received the album. Apparently it is in the process of being shipping. The binder and mats came, but the pages did not. You have to keep e-mailing them for updates, and they MIGHT get back to you. They do not inform you when your order is backordered, like all other professional companies I have ever worked with. They do not care! The package has been attempted to be delivered twice and since I also work a normal job, I have not been there. They refused to redirect the package to a [redacted] fecility for easier pick-up that I now have to do. This company does not care about their customers or their customer service. I was told that albums take 2-3 weeks to arrive in full, it is not SEVEN, 7, weeks, and I still do not have everything to put together the album for this bride! They do not compensitate for their mistakes. I was told by the customer service agent, that my actions and e-mails were childish. Anything that required customer service is not childish, all you have to do is keep your customers. No wonder they are going out of business, or at least they should be. This company is horrible! I will NEVER EVER use them again and I suggest that no one else does either. They do not stick to what they say they are going to do. My suggestion is that you find someone else to order your albums from! When I told them that I was about to move, they didn't care that the album and everything was back ordered, I was told them you will need to have someone there to pick it up, that they would not change the shipping. A lot of things can change in SEVEN weeks!

months. I have been lied to over and over. My money has been stolen. I have

Review: Mailed my daughter's wedding album to be refurbished on Feb. 16 and paid that day $285.90 with my [redacted] credit card. I received one email in March wanting another $25 and telling me that I should receive the album in about 2 weeks. I haven't received it yet and have sent numerous emails and tried calling several times and always get a voicemail where I have left several messages. They have not responded to anything. I also received my [redacted] credit card statement yesterday and they tried to charge me the same amount again.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive the album that I mailed to them. If not I want a refund.

Review: On June 13th 2014 I purchased three custom made wedding albums.

To date only one album has been delivered. The other two have not.

[redacted] order was sent in two shipments, on August 4th and on September 18th. Mr. [redacted] was notified that the second portion of the order was on backorder. Both have been confirmed as received by Mr. [redacted] and the order is complete.

Review: We sent in our old wedding album cover to be recovered to their address in Stafford, VA (we found their business through their website [redacted]). We initially mailed it to them in January of 2014 and were charged $282 on our credit card at that time. The album cover was returned to us "not deliverable - addressee refused delivery" in May 2014 at which time we contacted the company and communicated with [redacted] via email and he assured us there had been a mistake so we resent the album cover back to the Stafford, VA address. We emailed in June 2014 to double check that they had received it and again corresponded with [redacted] who stated he would check and let us know if there was a problem. Although we attempted several times over the months to email [redacted] again and again when we didn't receive our album cover, we did not get a reply. Finally, on July 10, 2015 we received an email from the company's email address ([redacted]) that they were unable to recover our album "due to an extended issue with our supplier/manufacturer" and they sent our album cover back to us (which we did receive). The email also stated that if we had been charged, they would issue a refund. I have yet to see a refund and have called and emailed them several times with no response. I have contacted my credit card company but because the initial charge was in January 2014, they are unable to help me.Desired Settlement: I would like my $282 refunded. I understand that sometimes suppliers are unreliable and I have no real issue not having the service completed and I appreciate that they returned my old album cover, but obviously I want my money back since no service was completed and they had my album cover for over a year.
