We have had the custom wood panels made and they are here at our business It would be the company's desire to install the wood panels per the terms of the contract However, in order to satisfy the customer, we will refund the $to her We strive always to make sure that our customers are always satisfied

We have yet to receive the refund as promisedNow he is saying the panels are ready, we do not want these, it has been monthsWe want our refund

We sent the general contractor a check days ago. We are not sure if they have given the consumer the refund yet. I have tried to call the general contractor twice and have not been able to get in contact with them

In reviewing my documents and payments to the company, I had left out the $that was overpaid to the company. His estimate was $which included the $for the panels. We paid him on 9/1/2016, $directly. Then, on 10/we paid him, $1650. Finally, through the
contractor, we paid him $was invoiced on 10/27/2016. So, the total paid to him was $7745. I am wanting him to refund us a total of $which includes the $for the panels and the overpayment of $on 10/13/

Regarding complaint number ID[redacted], the company never said when they delivered the other doors that the panels would be forthcoming, he only made that claim six months later when we questioned the billing of $550 for the panels that were never installed. He never called to say they were ready, if that was the case. As we said to you on the phone the phone, after 10 months, we do not want the panels that are supposedly in his shop. I want to thank Revdex.com for its effort in obtaining my payment from the business.  I received the check today and it was for the correct amount.
