*** Has lied throughout this jobThere was no contract and he cannot produce one.The monies was to pay the back fees and insurance to get the boat legal, with some repairs to make the boat run.Although the batteries, bilge, engine, and transmission were repairedDoes he mentioned that?
NO. Does he want to pay for the the work doneNO.He is using you to leverage me to further repairs to his boat*** even said in an email he would pay me additional to fix the bow.He wanted me to fix the bow with parts not suited for the purposeSo I refused and was willing to get someone else to repair boat his way, now we are in this situation.I cannot guarantee the work done with substandard materials.Plus at the exchange rate at the time $AUD = USD at the time plus feesDoes he account for that? No.*** thinks that the $fee was all that was taken out of each transfer, never accounted for the exchange rate.I tried to explain it to him, *** has tunnel vision about this matter.Also warned him about getting into my personal life it was none of his business.The baby was returned in ten days and the results turned out to be cold medicine she took right before her premature water breaking.I could send all of his correspondence by email but I will not delete the language he usedI found it to be very derogatory.Without the proper facts he has drawn conclusions in his favor.The couple had came from Canada he lied to them they spent their last 2K to get to HawaiiAfter looking at the boat, seeing that it was not close to being readyThey are now stuck in Hawaii with thier *** set for Austrailia they have to find work to get there.Two Captains have been contacted by ***One came over and looked at the vesselHe lied to them and said it was 90% done but in reality it is only 20% ready for the voyage.There is no safety equipment aboard but life jackets and lightsNo radio (*** or ***)No *** (*** ** *** ** ***) raft of any kindNo ***. No anchor or rode (chain and rope)No shower or bathroom or fresh waterNo way to cook but a microwave oven.I told the first Captain that the vessel needs appromately $14,in safety equipmentNot including food, fuel and creature comforts.*** has nothing better to do then to make reports on HIS bad decisionsYesHe filed a report to the U.SCoast Guard and they told him not to do it again for it is a criminal act I will press charges next time. I can send you all of his emailsThe language he used is of poor character.I hope you know he is in Austrailia not the address he used to file this complaint( He lies to fit his needs)I have a lot of work right now and can send more information if needed

I am rejecting this response because: I gave mike thousand dollars to work on my boat he got parts and never installed them yes he did do some work if you want to call it that
but not thousand dollars worth he spent thousand dollars in ten days with nothing to show for it I have talked to many people in the harbor that know mike they say he is a nice guy but watch how much money you give him and he hangs around with that girl still the crack head she is and a crack head and he is almost years old its ala wai crack heads look at his boat in slip its trashed
he has gotten back on the ice and is a wierd guy now
I have lied about nothing he needs to pull his head in line and start being a better worker and give me my money back or help my ship wrights guy finish work he started iv had to hire another guy to fix and finish mikes doddgy work
