Professor Amos' Wonder Products

ordered this product and it dose not work at all. it dose not clean the way they show it on HSN SHOPPING SHOW. That presentation was staged to like like it work. If you look at it closely you will see that same orange looking stuff on every item that they cleaned. it was not real dirt or grease. This company should have legal action against them for fraud. as well as HSN because they know this product dose not work.

Review: It's been one full month and I've been speaking to the company through email and they refuse to tell me when I will be receiving the products they promised me.I'm really starting to question if this is a real legitimate business since I haven't been able to talk to a real person or get any answers as to when I will receive the product. Instead, after one month they gave me a refund (because they said they can't do a partial refund) but said they would ship the product anyway for the month of back and forth inconvenience but I still can't get a straight answer as to when I'll receive it.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if this is a REAL business or if others are being scammed the way that I was. And I would love for a REAL person from the company to call me so I know this business is real and actually exists. This has gone on for too long and I'm sure I'm not the only one with these issues! This is the most unprofessional business I have EVER dealt with and this type of "business" behavior is completely unacceptable.

Review: I purchased 2 bottles of Professor Amos' Fast PM Preventative Maintenance for drains. I used a portion of one bottle when I received it. A few weeks later I went to use the remainder of the first bottle and both bottles were leaking, and the plastic had turned bubbly and looked like orange peel. Both bottles leaked all over my bathroom cabinet which now needs to be replaced. Professor Amos' should not sell products that eat through the containers that they are in. I have pictures to prove this and can send them by email. I have sent numerous emails to this company- June 15, 2013, September 15, 2013, on February 17th 2014, and again on March 1st and March 15th. No replies to my emails as of today, April 1st, 2014. The website address on the bottle is not a valid domain and the phone number on the bottle is not an active phone number.Desired Settlement: Refund of 2 bottles of Professor Amos' PM Drain Cleaner and $500 to replace my bathroom cabinet.

Review: I order professor amos products on the 6th of July, and have not received the product. I called and got a voice mail. I did get a call once, and was told it will be looked into. It's the 30th of July still no product or call.Desired Settlement: A full refund and a better response to customers.
