I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

Jeff M*** from Legacy remodeling response is a lie and slanderousWe called Legacy dozen of times no responses to voicemails Feb and MarchI only spoke with one person at Legacy from all that time-that answered the phone,in April, Annette told me Legacy will not respond must go on line and fill out a request, no where does it say that on our paperwork. So I did thatI never spoke to a Kelly at Legacy. That brush off again, prompted my husband to call Legacy and he left a voicemail for someone to respond to his call or he would file at the magistrates office. My husband called left message in April with Legacy , not me , a Kelly at Legacy called him, he spoke with Kelly , not meKelly told my husband she would call him follow up and rush ship in weeks the replacement windowShe never did that , Which prompted my call May 30, a Beth ,at Legacy , answered the phone, she said she had no record of that, and no one was available, she sent my call to the owners voicemail , I left a message and also to return my call .Minutes later a Jeff M*** called my number yelling and screaming at me which prompted my husband to take the phone and M*** did the same to himWhich prompted me to file complaint with Revdex.comM*** wants to bully and argue to get customers not to call for service,is inappropriate and deceitful tries anything to argue with customers not to take care of his bad business His response is unacceptable

Not sure where to even startYes we installed windows for this customer and at the time of install, there was a broken piece of glass in the lower sash of the kitchen windowWe obtained a replacement sash from the manufacturer and replaced the one that was broken.Since then, we believe we did
everything we should have doneOur first record of hearing from this customer after the initial installation is on April when they called in with a service requestWe have no record of any contact prior to that other than the broken glass at installWhen the customer called in on the 29th, they were directed to our website which is where we take in our service requests. Upon getting their service request, we processed it by contacting the manufacturer of the product (this is who the material warranty is actually with)This warranty request was made on Monday May We did not process it the day they send it because it was sent on a Saturday when our service rep is not in and we are not open on SundaysTherefore we processed this as soon as humanly possibleAt the customers request, we asked the manufacturer to expedite the part (normally it takes 3-weeks for a part to come in and even longer at this time of year)The manufacturer got the part to us in a little over two weeks (it was delivered to our office on May 19). We now have their part in and are willing to come out and install it at no charge under the manufacturer's material warranty and our lifetime no service charge policyWe are about one to two weeks from being able to do this due to other customers who are in line ahead of them. We cannot control that the window manufacturer is not willing to provide a whole new window and would prefer to repair the existing one, as is their right under their warrantyWe never promised them a new window as that is not our call to makeFurthermore, there is no need to replace the whole window, we will be replacing all of the parts which they have a problem with. I am not really sure what the Revdex.com would have me do in this situation. Also, I am not sure that the Revdex.com should even accept this complaint as the customer is threatening legal action. I would be happy to forward the threatening voicemail that the customer left me this morningI would also be happy to share our emailed service request from the customer that shows the date we first learned of this issue and lastly I can share our order confirmation from the manufacturer that shows that we ordered the part on Monday May 1, in the morning, which was our first opportunity to do so. This customer has been angry and aggressive in her dealings with our office staffWe should not be subject to her verbal abuse when we have done everything we were supposed to do on our end. This complaint should not be accepted. Jeff M***PresidentLegacy Remodeling, Inc
