We hired Professors of Plumbing to provide a diagnosis, repair and replace an HVAC unit to operational At the cost of $3000.00+ they installed a conversion One week later at approx4:am Saturday morning, the unit failed, it would not cool, it was dripping water onto the furniture and carpet, the temperature inside the house shot up to a degrees by 12pm

On this day a text was sent by 5:am to the main number with no response A called was placed by approx8:am to the Professors of Plumbing main number someone named Tyler answered phone, I asked him about the text I sent, he made up an excuse why there was no response to my text Tyler then suggested he send someone out right away to look at it, super good, we set an appointment for 12:pm (that was just a couple of hours away from now) By 12:no repairman showed up at my house Super bad, as I’m standing in a degree hou

I was not able to get hot water from my kitchen faucet in the home I just bought It took the plumber a long time to diagnoseHe said there was a kink in one of the lines that he fixed, but that wasn't causing the problem Turns out, once he left the faucet running in the cold position for a very long time, the water eventually got hot The hot and cold were reversed! But, he said the job ran so long that I would need to pay more to get it fixed I thought that was unreasonable (scammy?) I said no So, basically, I paid $just for the diagnosis! A year later I was still bothered by this transaction so I called the company That employee no longer worked there They felt I was unreasonable for taking so long to contact them True I wish I had grown a backbone sooner They said if I removed my negative reviews, they would send someone out I did I called and told them They never followed through They never called me or sent someone out to take care of this If I had a business and knew that a customer felt they had been taken advantage of, I would rectify it Apparently, they don't feel the same I took too long to post this negative review, too I am a retired widow of a police officer I didn't tell them this because it shouldn't matter, but I am on a fixed income and every expense matters

When the plumber entered he said he would assess my problem and give me an estimate of the cost An hour later he says he is all done and gives me a bill of $

I attempted to replace a hose bib myself, unaware of the welding on the copper that needed done and ended up with a broken pipe and fitting. I called Professors of Plumbing (by way of Home Advisor) and they had a technician out that afternoon. He worked well into the evening, as additional parts were needed and he had to go to Lowe's to pick them up. The next morning, I discovered a small seepage around the hose bib and the tech came back out without 4 hours to do the repair. I appreciated the expertise and commitment by the technician and have since recommended them to family and friends.

Scheduled a Saturday appointment between 11-1. No call no show. Received a call at 4pm that day apologizing and was offered 15% off, forget that.
