I ordered two sets of Westward Journey nickles advertised in the Sunday newspaper, The Las Vegas Review Journal. My check cleared my account on January 16, 2020 for $8.66. They claimed the coins were mailed on January 20th. I was told the coins must be lost in the mail. I have never received the coins. They told me a replacement order would be sent but the coins were then on back order. They have never mailed the replacement order. This company is scamming people by offering items for sale, then never mailing the merchandise. This practice needs to be stopped. I doubt I will ever receive this order. I will request a refund of my $8.66 which I may never get as everything they send gets lost in the mail.

Refund Since they obviously do not have the items I ordered, I want a refund of $8.66.
After your first contact they sent my order by FedEx delivery. I also got a letter of apology on email from Profile Coins. This matter is resolved. Thank you for your assistance.
