I signed up for the DIY package and the website listed a response time of 1-business days Though I did get a response to an initial question within business days, I never heard back from the owner after having paid and been charged for the service I emailed more times, and the final time, I also found that the website was down and the auto response to my final email was that she was experiencing higher than usual volume and would respond in 1-business days In my final email I let her know that if I didn't hear back in 4-business days I would dispute the charge to my credit card for $for services billed but never renderedI did dispute the charge and by then it had been a total of weeks of no response, after being led to believe that the response rate would be 1-days

I emailed 2 more times, and the final time, I also found that the website was down and the auto response to my final email was that she was experiencing higher than usual volume and would respond in 1-2 business days. In my final email I let her know that if I didn't hear back in 4-5 business days I would dispute the charge to my credit card for $118 for services billed but never rendered. I did dispute the charge and by then it had been a total of 2 weeks of no response, after being led to believe that the response rate would be 1-2 days.
