The response to his claim that I collected May’s rent for Trent is false. Trent and I agreed in April that PFR would no longer collect any tenant rental income and that Renters Warehouse (his property management company) was taking over as of May 1stTrent insisted we collected May’s rent of
which I told him numerous times we had notThe simple solution proposed to Trent was to contact the tenant have a new check sent out for May's rent which is what he did successfullyThis Revdex.com complaint should never have been filed as we were never obligated to collect or distribute his rent checks we only did that for the first month as a courtesy as he was financially hurting for money and needed it quickly which is why he filed this claim in the first place to put pressure on us via the Revdex.com to collect his rental check. Trent has confirmed to me as of July that he did in fact collect his rental check the way I recommended he collect it. I also want to note that I had emergency brain surgery in May of which I was out on medical leave until recently. The reason he couldn’t reach me on the phone is due to extended hospitalization. He never sent me an email or text back in May, contacted my power of attorney, or made any contact to any number of people that could have helped him other than calling our sales line. My family and I bought two properties from Profit from Rentals and Justin [redacted]. Unfortunately, we had a theft and vandalism claim and the insurance company left us in limbo for a year and then denied us. This left us with a vacant and damaged property. I am on disability so I didn't have the extra money to repair the rental. The owner Justin has been a tremendous help in not only helping to repair one of our units out of his own pocket, but in finding a lawyer and putting up the money to litigate. Being out of state is scary in not knowing who you can trust. I think it is rare that a person shows integrity in the way Justin has treated myself and my family even after the sale.

I have purchased 20 income rental properties from Profit From Rentals and the owner Justin [redacted]... The company is very professional with excellent customer service. I highly recommend PFR especially if you are an out of state investor!!!
