Complaint [redacted]Dear Revdex.com,First of all, thank you for sending this request. After receiving the Revdex.com complaint, I checked his account and he has one paid newsletter with us called “Alpha Trader”.  He purchased Alpha Trader on 5/2/14 for$449.00 as he indicated...

in his complaint. I include the order receipt in the attached Exhibit 1. This newsletter is emailed to his email address, [redacted],twice a month. The terms of this newsletter stated that he had to call/email us within 60 days from purchase to receive a refund. I will show below the datesthat he emailed and called us for a cancelation are not within the refund period of 5/2/14 to 7/2/14. I have canceled it at the end which means that it will continue until expiration and will not renew and charge him again.  The emailed newsletter will stop after 4/30/2015. Now, we understand that this newsletter is not what he wanted so since we have another newsletter that may be of interest, he could switch the remaining issues over to that newsletter. The newsletter is Maximum Income. In it Amber Hestla reports on trading options twice a month. If he is interested, please have him call me at [redacted] and we can do the switch. Here is what the editors say about that newsletter: “Written by Options & Income Strategist Amber Hestla, Maximum Income is devoted exclusively to helping investors generate abnormally high "Instant Dividends" from selling covered calls. Her step-by-step approach is the easiest way to learn about generating safe, steady income in the options market.”Now, getting back to his complaint, I checked to see if we had received any emails from his email address, [redacted] , and I found these in oursupport email system. Unfortunately, I cannot give him a refund as he asked us to cancel the newsletter on 11/11/14 which was after the refundable date of 7/2/14. I can, however, give him a few months of Maximum Income at no extra charge as I see that he was very unhappy with our Alpha Trader newsletter, and I want to give him a non-pecuniary benefit as a gesture of good will. system and canceled his free newsletter, “Today’s Top 5 Trades”.  I also saw that he signed up to receive our ProfitableTrading promotions so I took him off of that list aswell. The emailed newsletter and promotions should stop after 2/15/2015. If he continues to receive the emails from ProfitableTrading.com, please tell him to email me theemail sent to him to my personal email address,  [redacted].com, so that I can notify our IT department and stop those emails. I hope that my efforts have stopped the daily emails to his email address. I also hope that he will email me if this is not the case after 2/15/15 so that I can notify  my IT team. We received your complaint # [redacted] regarding [redacted]. I was sick and went home after you and spoke and have lost returned to the office today. Thank you so much for sending us the second notice and thus giving me more time.

to let you know, we sell financial newsletters which are mailed and emailed to our subscribers our website is www.[redacted].com[redacted] signed up on-line for our FREE newsletter. Today's lop 5 Trades. twice. The first time was on 12/21/11 and the second time was on 12/28/14 for no charge. She enrolled in our free newsletter using two different email addresses; [redacted] a [redacted].com ([redacted]) and [redacted].com (12/21/14). Today's Top 5 trades is emailed to our subscribers once a day. So the free newsletter was emailed to her two times a day because she had signed up with two email addresses.| checked our customer support cmail system ([redacted]) and did not sind either of her two email addresses, hottic.mammal a [redacted].com and [redacted].com, her name, or her phone number (###-###-####). So I have determined that we have no record of her contacting us before or after lodging this dispute with the Revdex.com. This makes mc cel better as know that we have a very good customer service support team, and we usually answer our subscribers requests on a timely basisAs a result of her complaint # [redacted], I canceled her free newsletter associated with the two email addresses above on 1/5/15, three days ago. I also deleted those same email addresses from our promotional email lists on I/5/15. Today, 1/8/15, I have checked her accounts on our website, and they show me that the last email we sent her was on I/5/15. Please see exhibit #1
So it looks like she should not be receiving any emails now. Please inform her that is she receives any emails from us after today, call us at the number below and ask for me and I will address the issues
Now, there is one thing that is still puzzling to me why [redacted] put $1.000 on the complaint I do not see any newsletter order for her in our system under the email she provided and the one sound, under her name of her address. So if she could please let me know the third email address and whose name she ordered the newsletter, I would look for that order Furthermore, we do not have any newsletters for $1,000 even. they would be in the range of $199 to $1.699. The closest price would have $999.00.
