Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]'s claims are un-substantiated and false based on my concrete research of his sales production in San Diego since 2011. He has not produced the high number of Luxury Real Estate that he claims he has. Year after year, he has produced far less than what he claims he has sold. Just ask another [redacted] in San Diego to run a report of his productions for you in San Diego since 2011 and you will clearly see that he is lying thru his teeth about having sold over $408 million in luxury real estate. He is NO expert in this field and shouldn't be allowed to rip people off by making erroneous and empty claims that he can teach them. In fact, as per his list of sold properties I sent you, he has had very little production in 2017. His income in 2017 has primarily come from selling this fake course at exorbitantly high prices to gullible agents who have done better than him in REALITY. His Complete Proven Successful System (CPSS) is at best a theory that he is practicing on paying students who are willing to foot the high bill. The listings he has had didn't sell in 60 days that he claims he sells them. Many of his listings are under $500k which for San Diego is considered cheap. He is good at making claims and taking $1000's of your hard-earned cash with empty promises of teaching you how to get this done. When he is not qualified to do so and this field is not regulated so up until now, no one has caught onto his false claims and scamming practices. It doesn't matter what contract he gets you to sign. If he is making false claims that are NOT TRUE and that's what he is selling you. It is legally a SCAM!So, I want my money back. I gave his CPSS 100%+  for over 4 months and paid him $5000 plus another $5000 to implement the 13 ways he was teaching to "attract luxury real estate clients". Total loss of $10,000 and 6 months wasted on his scam. Not even $1 was made by implementing his program 100% and some! I want my $5000 I gave him to teach me the truth but found out that what he taught was all false claims & lies which constitutes a scam. No contract that is based on false claims and lies is considered a valid contract. He sells his program as a "guaranteed to work" program if you implement it but he is not standing behind it. Thanks, [redacted]

choose to quit The Freedom Club, and even thought its a 12 month commitment, I let you [redacted] out, and no charges have been made to [redacted]'s credit card since.Attached is the Freedom Club Application that [redacted] filled out in her own hand writing, and signed on the last page. Near the bottom of the last page you will see the NOTICE that all payments are Non-Refundable.My CPSS has allowed me to sell over 403 Million of real estate. My CPSS has worked for other [redacted]s (many in the same state of Florida where [redacted] lives) as It's allowed hundreds of [redacted]s who have come to the 3 day events and many who have signed up for the Freedom Club to Help and Serve buyers and sellers and sell well over 900 million of residential real estate. As the application that [redacted] signed, all payments are non-refundable.[redacted]
